Specializing in trauma-informed care, Wellness Counselling Centre offers sessions for children, youth, adults, parents and families. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, life translations, grief/loss, learning disabilities, and more. Offering a holistic approach to therapy services, Wellness Counselling Centre works from a client-centred perspective and utilizes approaches such as mindfulness, structured sensory interventions, and sensory/somatic psychotherapy. Together, the therapist and client will co-create a plan and goals for therapy sessions to work towards each client's desired outcome.
