He went on to state that he DOES NOT get PAID for my policy since he wasn't the orgininal agent and he is overwhelmed with his own customers to have to service mine. This comment blew my mind !!! We are retired Army family of 24 years and 30 year clients to be advised to contact the 1800 for issues with my policy is CRAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. He only wanted to talk me into changing my policies so he would get commission. NEVER would I ever contact or do business with him. I will be cancelling my policy after 30 years and going to contact someone that is willing to service my policy.
