The place is a breeding ground for rats. Rat poop everywhere. I had to throw away half my…read morefurniture due to the rats eating holes in my sofa and loveseat. They urinated all over my mattresses. You can see rat poop everywhere when you walk into the storage building. I would not recommend anyone keeping there personal property there. The place is operated by a company out of state and has no interest in keeping Florida residents safe from rats. They have no insurance or offer any insurance on the belongings so you taking a very big risk on losing your personal stuff if you store it at this place. The old people running it don't have a clue on what is going on at all.

Ordered the shed when it came in the door was totally damaged with screw holes that they just…read moreputtied it over dents all over terrible craftsmanship.Was told it would be fixed had work order on it...I didn't look at shed all over or inspect it at that time.and wasnt advised to either..The shed was delivered on Saturday 4/14/18....we noticed alot of dents and siding that was not properly installed just saying again looked like they used damaged siding and poor craftsmanship... Could not pay for it on Saturday because shed was delivered at 2:00 in afternoon and they close at 2:00. I told the delivery person that I worked on Monday and Tuesday so I would have to go on Wednesday to pay because they would not be open... I was taking pictures on Wednesday of all the damage to take to show them that I was not going to pay for the total amount owed until the shed was properly fixed or replaced and then received a phone call that our family member was being airlifted to the hospital. He died the following day on Thursday...I sent the pictures by email on Thursday after He passed from my home over to the Port Charlotte location where we bought the shed and told them of our family member who passed and asked if we could deal with this on Friday...The owner of Tampa Sheds shows up at the property demanding payment and totally insensitive to our loved one who just passed on demanding it be paid in full and refused to walk with me around shed to look at damage..He said he already looked and there was nothing wrong with it ...the shed is perfect that it's normal for it to be all dented up that's how they come...I offer to pay $1,500.00 of the $3,133.76 owed until it was fixed... because the guy was suppose to have come on Thursday that same day to fix the door and didn't show up and now wasn't going to be able to do it for 3 more weeks... Wanted him to put everything in writing and he didn't just turned around and left....so not sure why he chose not to settle our issues and have it in writing....I have never met anyone with such poor customer service and at this point wouldn't recommend buying anything from Tampa Sheds .. Praying all goes well ....will post with the outcome
