I've waited 3+ weeks and after a lot of back…read moreand forth, we are done dealing with this moving company and i can finally post an honest review. we paid for a 3 man 6 hour move. two guys and a prepubescent child arrived. the third "guy" must have been the owner's kid or something because there's no way he would have been hired to move anything. he was so frail and tiny - i wanted to help HIM when he was lifting things. to charge us a whole "man" for this child is shady business practice number 1. i was worried about him damaging our property. I will say that Seth and Ben were nice enough, even though they did all of the work, but calling the third guy a man is a crime. he felt sick during the move and we needed to give him two cans of soda for him to feel better. despite being quoted for 6 hours, we were billed for over 7 hours because they said the clock starts and ends when the crew gets back to their office. this should be included into estimate so the consumer knows in advance how much it will cost. what if they stopped somewhere on the way? there's no way for us to know- shady business practice number 2. so the expected happened and of course some of our things were damaged- a little scuff here and there can be expected, sure. However, TWO of our beds were DAMAGED so much that for one of them they had to take the piece back to be repaired in their warehouse and the second piece that was damaged - the guy had to come to our house to repair (VERY poorly i might add!!!!). these were brand new, very expensive beds. I advise anyone to think three or four times before hiring this business. you will be paying for service you won't receive ( they sent two men and a baby to move our house) and you will have to hound them to get repairs done for the damage they caused. they also charged me $25 for a box for our large tv- then took the box back with them...what? didn't i pay for that?

The 3rd move was in November 2020. This time the owner was not present and the employees were careless. They dragged the furniture across the floors of my new house. I asked them several times to please pick the furniture up but they didn't. They left deep gouges in the hardwood floors. I immediately sent pictures of the to the owner. He first told me that the scratches caused by dragging the piano would not repaired because his employees are not allowed to move pianos. He said he would, however, take care of the other ones. I told him Indidnt know they were not allowed to move pianos and if that was against their policy then the employees should have told me. I have called and texted him many times since then to arrange to have my floors repaired and he will not respond. On the first 2 moves, he asked me to leave him a good review. After many months of getting nowhere with calls and texts, I told him that I was going to leave him a bad review. He immediately responded that he would sue me for slander. 9 months later and I am still waiting for my floors to be repaired.

I will preface by saying I have moved a lot for work from coast to coast and it has never been more of a disorganized move than my most recent one with this company. They showed up unprepared and were therefore inefficient causing the moving process to be longer (of course, you pay by the hour right?). They came with no dolly or materials to help them move boxes quickly and so they moved each box one by one. When they were loading the truck, they even had the nerve to stack boxes on my office chair and use my chair as a dolly!! Absolutely NOT! While loading the truck, did I forget to mention that they broke my mirror and responded with a "my bad"?!?! When it was time to travel to the next house, they left about 10 minutes ahead of me and as I'm driving on the road, I see their truck pulling out of Walmart!! Were they taking a break on my dime?!? Smh who knows... needless to say, I beat them to the new house and waited an additional 30 minutes before they finally arrived. They "got lost". Not sure how since it was the exact address but ok. When everything was finally moved in, the guy tried to charge us for the entire time and not compensate for the mirror that was broken or even their inefficiency. He ended up taking an $60 off but that was hardly enough to compensate for all of the drama we experienced that day. So like I said, I would NOT recommend. I chose them because they had really good reviews on here...must have been family members... ok I'll stop because now I'm being petty.

The service I received was unprofessional and resulted in significant damage to my property due to the negligence and lack of experience demonstrated by the three-person crew. Despite a short five-minute drive between locations, the moving truck took 30 minutes to arrive. Upon inspecting my belongings, I discovered that my items had not been properly padded or secured during transport. Specifically, the dining room table base has substantial holes on two sides. Additionally, a wood sofa table fell apart during the move. It appeared that an unsuccessful and undisclosed attempt was made to repair the table before I saw it, which I find purposefully deceitful. The crew failed to disclose any of this damage until I pointed it out myself. Furthermore, I was disappointed that the crew attempted to take the 65-inch TV box, for which I specifically paid $125.00. Please review your records and confirm, your company Easy Movers Inc. did provide moving services for my family.

Jose A stacking and using all space in truck so all was secure and neat. Luis was moving so fast picking up all boxes and making a million trips non stop to truck and back. Jose Z had all rooms ready to go up stairs while all this was going on down stairs. Lee was the jack of all trades helping everyone out and breaking down all furniture that needed to be and assist everyone effortlessly. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail: before disconnecting or disassembling anything, they checked for potential issues and made sure we was informed and comfortable with the process. They maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout the day, never leaving tools or packing materials lying around. We did a ton of research and decided on Reign as it was more expensive than other options so we figured would be higher quality. They also had all 5 star reviews so we figured it would be the best. We are now wondering why this is. They are definitely more expensive. They charge more per hour and they also charge a $350 'truck fee' that no one else charges from quotes we got. We were charged over $1700 for 5 hours. What we liked- - It was easy to schedule and they had our date available a few weeks out. They offered to set up a FaceTime to look at our items and make sure they sent out the appropriate number of trucks. - They gave us an hour window of when they would show up, and an update the morning of so we knew when to expect them. - They were nice and made sure they knew exactly what we wanted. We did one last walk through of the old place before we left. They made sure we were happy before they left the new place. We had 3 movers who were kind and seemed trustworthy. - They listened to the writing on the boxes of where to put the boxes in the new house and if it didn't have writing, they put it in the equivalent room in the new house of where they found it in the old house. - They were careful with our things and were able to unassemble and reassemble our pieces. They also wrapped up the furniture items with blankets to preserve them. - They worked quick and efficiently Why we aren't giving them 5 stars: - they stopped at the gas station between the old house and new house and arrived at the new house 30 minutes after us when we were right behind them the whole way up until the gas station. They did ask us if they could stop to get snacks but I didn't realize it would take this long and they did not deduct this from the time they billed us for. - They asked us if we wanted mattress bags for $15 each. I said yes as I figured this would be something we could keep and save for future moves. They did not leave us the bags. So we paid $30 to basically 'rent' 2 bags which I feel we should have been able to keep or not be charged for. Next time I will buy the $15 ones off Amazon that I can keep. - They took a shelf out of our entertainment stand. In the move the nails/pegs fell out. These are specialty nails to hold the shelf in. Now we are unable to use the shelf, and the piece sags without the shelf in. We have since gotten rid of it and gotten a new one. - The top of our desk will not fit properly on when this was never previously an issue and we ultimately can't fix it and will need to get a new one. - They were about to leave and I noticed something was missing so I asked about it and they had to go back on the truck to get it. If I didn't ask, they would've left with it still in the truck. - They did not deliver 2 small decorative pieces of ours that were the last items on the truck- not packed in a box. Which not a huge deal but I noticed shortly after they left, contacted the company, and they were not able to find them. We are completely unpacked and I know these things are not at either of our houses. ** which they did reimburse us for these things which we are thankful for!! Also customer service was very helpful at first when we were trying to find these items and discuss reimbursement, but then it was pretty hard to get ahold of them to confirm our reimbursement agreement and get them paid. It felt like I was tracking them down just to get our reimbursement approved and get them paid. We will likely use a different company next time we move.
