Highly recommend. These folks need to be shouted out for how well they have handled everything going on. I recently was in need of getting some storage for overflow items from a move. I was able to pick out an available size online. Speak with a representative to sign paperwork via telephone and have a new lock sitting inside my new unit when I arrived at the facility. It is nice, bright and clean. And, you simply pull into the garage and grab a cart and put your stuff away or take it out. Move in specials were great as well! Fast forward to last weekend when they had an incident with a malfunction of the sprinkler system. They called me right away to let me know what had happened, and I was able to come inspect the unit. I unfortunately had some water in the unit. Bridget and her staff helped me move everything out of the unit and sanitize and dry everything, gave me a temporary spot to store my stuff while they cleaned and sanitized my unit and have offered to help me move back in. They even offered me boxes for any damaged boxes I had. I don't know many places today that respond so responsibly and ethically to incidents and act with as much integrity as these folks. If you are considering storage needs please keep these guys in mind they are 100% worth it! read more

Mold damage and the insurance that I pay for monthly did not cover mold. Don't put things you care about here. They beg you to leave a good review, I should have seen that as a red flag. read more

The facility is decent... but they raise their rates so regularly that it's almost doubled in one year. My unit went from just under $100 a month, to 119, to 134, to 152, to 192. That's 4 rate increases in a year. Criminal. They know people don't want to go and move all their stuff, so they rape you and don't bother using lube. I HIGHLY don't recommend them. read more

They did nothing to remedy this issue. They even refused to dispose of the couches they ruined. We moved out... would not recommend unless you too want to pay $350 a month for 1 unit. Don't believe the teaser rates they get you in with... read more

Highly Recommend this place! The manager Bridget is awesome & will help you as much as she can as if you we're best friends. Prices are great, storage units are extremely clean & security is great. I trust them with anyone I store here. 5 out of 5 Stars. Thanks again Bridget read more

I was looking forward to moving into this facility and kept checking to see when the outside 10 x 25 units would open. Received call today that they are ready and open. Manager comes across as rude and unwelcoming. After dealing with her 3 times I passed. I don't want to deal with her attitude in the future. Employee who showed me the units is very nice and kind. read more

Edit: I have since changed my review from one star to 3 stars. Bridget was the reason I changed my review. She took great care of the situation and explained that a couple of other units had the same problem. It was simply due to a bad sprinkler head, which is a bit of a fluke and out of the staff's control. This caused moisture to build up. The problem has since been fixed and I was moved to a different unit. I'm in the process of getting reimbursed for items that were damaged. Great customer service, poor circumstances. All of my belongings are now covered in mold. My belongings including those passed down by previous generations are ruined. I'm extremely upset and disappointed. Additionally, I now have to somehow transport all of my belongings out of the storage unit without the proper vehicle to do so, I rented a Uhaul to move and now will have to do so again. Plus, I work full time, so now I have to lose money taking time off to fix something that shouldn't have happened in the first place. I even paid to have this happen. Unbelievable. That being said, the facility is new and clean and the staff are super nice and helpful but wtf, ruining all my stuff not cool. read more

Bridget was super helpful. Showed us multiple units and options. Happy with the new storage space.

First time customer but forever a fan! Bob greeted me by coming to open the door for me and from that point until I left, he provided me with one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time! Bob showed me to my dotage area, helped me lock it up, and gave me some tips and safety advice that I didn't even think about. As a woman, I greatly appreciated his time, guidance, and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location! Bob...thank you! You're the best! read more

The facility is clean and well kept. It is secure and I am thrilled to be renting from there. However, I do have a big complaint. I rented the unit at $58.00. Four months later the price went up to $73. Okay, it was an introductory offer. However, within one year the price increased to $93. That's a 60% increase in one year. I love the place and I love the service, but I am profoundly disappointed in their pricing!!!! read more

They are very accommodating and are pleasant to work with. Our rental is short term but if I ever needed something long term they would be first on my list. Thank You! read more

On sundays, there is no help available. Even the immediate assistance number doesn't get you a person to talk to. My key wasn't working and I had no help available and needed items in my unit. I would say don't visit your unit on sundays. read more

Chris was great! Extremely helpful in my move out process. Thank you! Would definitely recommend this storage unit location!

I reiterate all the positive points that Kyle B. shared in his 2/11/21 review. My experience was identical to his. Bridget was wonderful to work with and made everything simple and easy, personally walking me thru each step of the process. The facility is brand spanking new and spotless. Access to the facility, storage lockers and work bay are quick and easy. We literally put all our belongings in three 10X20 storage lockers, as we just sold our home and are now looking to purchase another. I feel fully at ease, knowing our possessions are in such excellent hands. read more

I really liked the concept of this storage, very secure an indoor area to pull your car in, somewhat climate controlled. The staff was helpful enough. We wanted to get a storage for a short period of time to make some space For home repairs. Six days after we got in there was a sprinkler malfunction that caused water damage in our unit. But we had to wait a couple days to get in and assess the damage. What a mess, every thing soaked from the top down. Boxes of books and magazines and a couple collectibles and souvenirs from over seas as well as sketchbooks and writing journals. Many things that either can't be replaced or would cost some bucks to replace. Since they require you to use their insurance on your storage I filed a claim. Photos, descriptions, all of that. Complete pain in the butt to complete. The check I received was less than what I paid in insurance premiums to them In the few months we used them. I could replace maybe 3 of the items that were destroyed IF they are still available from secondary sources. After cleaning all of that up, just a few months after moving stuff in we received a postcard that rates were increasing. Moved out immediately. I am unhappy that I chose to use them at all. so much ruined and insulted from their insurance company. read more

do not rent here, they will double your rental rate in less than a year, such a rip off, service people do not care and most reviews are added by their friends. read more
