Very quick to respond to the initial request for a quote but that's all they have been quick to do. Told us they would be by same day and send a quote to me. I had scheduled a 9am appointment on Saturday so we could discuss in person what we wanted done. 2 days pass and no quote, I e-mail for an update and get no response. Finally, on Thursday. I call and get an answering service. I explain what we are waiting for and they relay the message. 4 hrs later I call again, this time I get someone from the company, I think, and tell them I have not received a quote. I was promised the quote by Friday. It's now Saturday @ 9:41 and not only have I not received the quote, nobody has shown up for a 9am appointment. Going by what I've read, this company is more like the 1 star reviews than the couple of 5 star reviews. read more

We used this company for Landscaping and irrigation services. Maggie and Anthony great to work with. We were very indecisive about the work we wanted completed but they were very patient and came by our home in person many times to discuss the project and give us ideas with multiple detailed quotes. They were responsive, on time, clean and the quality of work was excellent. We had our fair share of bad contractors so this by far was our best experience yet. read more

I tried to do a job with this company as I read good things. To be honest I cant talk for their work on site, as due to the non following up I couldn't proceed to used themas I wanted to for my job. The process of scheduling an appointment for the quote was a nightmare. After finally having the appointment, they provided an estimate. When trying to adjust to what I could do , they disappeared and NEVER heard back from them (tried to email several times, yelp messages, even calling leaving a woman a note to follow up and also calling to check!) Its a pity as the person that came to measure was awesome, knowledge with amazing suggestions and looked serious. They stopped answering their phone, stopped responding to e-mails i sent on their website and stopped answering my e-mails sent directly to our contact for them. I would not recommend hiring this company. I ordered 12 trees to be planted 2 of which died in 3 months. The company warranties the trees for 4 months. We called well within the time period to ask for replacement trees but the company blew us off and ignored our pleas. The owner Anthony is rude and intimidating to women. The company's customer service is awful. I am taking them to court to regain the cost of replacing the dead trees. Full service company, highly talented and incredibly professional. Would recommend and certainly use again! My husband and I had a ton of work done from our driveway paved, retaining wall fixed, drainage piping added, removal and replacement of outdoor walls and walkways, new front yard landscaping added (grass, bushes, flowers) and our front yard land was leveled.
