I needed time to get contact info from builder for roofer but needed roof fixed ASAP so call a 3rd party roofer. They inspected my roof, sent me photos and videos explaining why it was not installed properly and fixed it for $1200. I was quoted $3000 to get the drywall damage fixed but figured I would do that repair on my own to the best of my ability. I contacted A&W and they refused to reimburse me since I had a 3rd party look work on the roof. I am not surprised they refused to stand by their work, they got paid to do a fast and cheap job of putting a new roof on a quickly constructed house and would lose money if they actually had to fix their mistakes. I sent them the photos and video showing their work was inadequate and they don't care. It took me more than a week just to get them to finally answer my question about the warranty of their roof, glad I didn't wait on them to come inspect and repair it knowing they did a terrible job the 1st time. I would avoid using these guys for repairs and would refuse to buy a house with a roof installed by them.

Jeremy Horton, the proprietor, was sent to my house by another contractor to undertake widening of…read moremy driveway. Our home has a small built-on garage with a car port adjacent. The car port had a slanted surface, and its offset from the driveway made it tricky to enter. I wished to be able to drive my Forester straight in and straight out. Jeremy and I considered several alternatives and came up with a plan. He dug out the slanted area to level the surface and cut back a small hillside that rose toward my neighbor. To hold the soil in place, he created a pressure-treated wood bulkhead against the hillside to maintain this modification in place. He then planted decorative grasses on the dirt slope to hold the soil together. On the new surface he packed gravel stones in place of concrete, to save on cost. Throughout he was most cheerful and accommodating, explaining everything he did to insure my understanding. I was pleased enough that I later asked him to build a pergola that my wife and I wished to have behind our house, attached to the rear of the garage, to provide a shady place to sit outdoors. Jeremy came up with a plan at a reasonable price, deposited the materials needed within a very few days, and then showed up with a most competent crew to construct this shelter. It was perfect, exactly what we wanted. It is sturdy, attached to the rear of the garage and resting on solid timbers. It has a metal roof and an effective draining system. It can easily withstand a gale force wind. We have furnished the space and are very pleased. Wii Care+ is a most reliable, responsive, and efficient contractor, capable of taking on numerous projects. He is generous with occasional extras and does not rest until his client is fully satisfied. Whatever you'd like to build, ask him to bid on it and he will perform to your complete satisfaction.

I am helping my mother get her roof replaced, and the insurance gave her more than Red Hawk expected. They did not want to apply that price to the agreed amount and threating me with a lien on her house. My mother is 75 years old, on a fixed income, and that is why I signed off on her to get a roof replace. I have asked several time for an invoice for the agreed amount minus what the insurance paid. I am recieving another amount after the job is done, which I the sole signature on the contract did not sign off on. I do not like to be threaten to take my mother's house or to be taken to court for a job I am willing to honor based on the contract in hand. Beware of the finish product if they believe they deserve more than the agreed upon contract!

Multiple caulking left with major holes around tubs and sinks. Corners of Sheetrock left looking like a major curvy road. Leaks throughout the plumbing. Sheetrock spread as if by a hand , very uneven then painted on. An electrical outlet ,in bathroom , they had cut the cover so it would rest upon top of Countertop backsplash instead of moving the outlet an inch up. I could list more but bottom line we kept sending the pictures to the person who was suppose to be overlooking this 40k job and he would argue with us , say these men are professionals and belittle us just because we asked for them to come and fix the issues. When I say a teenager could have done better , you can imagine the poor work that was done. We are left with lots still not corrected because he chooses to not step foot in our house , saying we are picky. When someone spends their hard earn money for a job to at least be done almost correct , that what they should get. Lesson learned. Hope others don't.

After asking for bids on thumbtack, Joel Negron, the owner of the company offered a competitive price and I called him. Joel responded quickly to my initial call and was very professional and transparent about what the price would be: no hidden extras, no charge for removing the carpet or moving some of the larger pieces of furniture. He has another company that does installs for a large flooring retailer, and this company does installations privately and I think they also sell flooring. My only concern was that the crew was almost 2 hrs late getting to my house, but it was a horribly rainy day and they had stopped to get supplies. A call to Joel and he assured me they were on their way. The crew worked diligently all day, did a great job installing my engineered wood floors, which they said were a little trickier than most. They cleaned up both inside and outside even though it was nearly 10pm in the pouring rain when they left. Joel called this morning to make sure I was happy with the work: I'm very happy.
