I visited their Boise location, and it was an awesome experience. Went with just the hydration bag, no add-ons. I had just gotten back from a 5 day trip to Mexico with plenty of drinking, salt, sugar, etc. and I was super dehydrated... couldn't get enough water in my system. One trip and I felt good as new. Such a great experience from start to finish! From the easy online booking, to how amazing I felt afterwards, I'd highly recommend Sun Valley Hydration. It was nice to get a text confirmation and reminder of my appointment, and when I arrived their space was very welcoming, extremely clean and hygienic, and tastefully decorated. I chose the vitamin packed "Meyer's Cocktail" to boost my immunity and the big bag of hydration because I'd been feeling less than hydrated no matter how much water I drank. I'm terrified of needles, but Ryland did a smooth and painless start to my drip, and everything was very professional and easy. I honestly started to feel better about halfway through my drip. What a great service and experience. This was the second time I've done an IV drip treatment with a heavy dose of Vitamin C and it was everything I hoped it would be. Energy and Immune boosting, I took it prior to an aggressive hiking trip in the Tetons and felt great.
