They are open 24 hrs with a passcode to the door when you sign up for membership. It's not like any other gym I've gone to before and it seems like there's tons more benefits for your body compared to other gyms. I enjoyed going but I'm not sure I wanna pay for another membership. You can't bring own towel or mat you have to rent or purchase them from them. It's not a lot of money and if I did membership I would buy rather than rent.. I suggest you try it and see if it's for you.. the staff were amazing and helpful with it being my first time.. everything is kept very clean and sanitized!

I've waited almost a month to write this because I wanted to give management the opportunity to address what happened privately. This review concerns one specific male employee. The first time we interacted, he approached me after my workout. I assumed he was new and simply being friendly. During a later visit, however, he spent an extended amount of time lingering near the vending machine directly across from my sauna. He appeared to be occupying himself in that area, but every time I looked up, he was watching me exercise. These sessions involve floor-based yoga and Pilates movements, bending, stretching, and holding positions where having an employee stand outside and stare feels especially invasive. This was not a quick glance or someone briefly checking the facility. He remained directly across from me and repeatedly watched through my workout. During another session, I suddenly received follow requests from him on both Instagram and Facebook. We had never exchanged names or any personal information. Our only connection was that he worked at HOTWORX and I was a member. I cannot prove exactly how he found me, but I was immediately concerned that information available through his job had been used to locate my personal accounts. That wasn't flattering--it was alarming. I began changing my workout times specifically to avoid him. Then, one night, he left the building while I was still exercising. When I came outside approximately 20 minutes later, he was still sitting in his car in the parking lot and looking at me with a smile that made me extremely uncomfortable. I was there alone and genuinely afraid to walk to my car. I reported everything by email to the owner, Christine. She initially replied that she would call me, but I never received a call, missed call, or voicemail. I followed up and received no response. I ultimately canceled my membership online because I no longer felt comfortable returning. HOTWORX is built around members being able to exercise independently, often alone. If a woman reports that an employee repeatedly watched her work out, found both of her personal social-media accounts without being given her name, and was still sitting outside when she left at night, the bare minimum should be a phone call and a serious response from the owner. That did not happen. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location to any woman who plans to work out alone, especially at night.

Good equipment and well maintained and you are allowed to access the gym alone once you are authorised. The only reason why I'm not giving this a 5 star is Not all of the employees share the same hospitality as and word class customer service as Casey. So who ever drives a red Jeep is a d--ck. You took the comfort off that gym. And bad taste in music bringing your depressed a$$ in there. Other than that 90% happiness rating on this site.

I've attended CrossFit classes and done 24/7 access over the last year, irregularly both due to a difficult schedule and an honest distaste for the environment. I enjoyed the excitement and hype coming in the gym to attend the class the first coupleWhen I realized the warm ups were rinse and repeat regardless of what the days movements called for, I started noticing more issues. 1. The equipment is marginally looked after, very aged and rarely updated and or replaced. I'd say 2 barbells had decent spin, none are spectacular and the majority will spin maybe a rotation before stopping. 2. The rig is large, yet still ends up being space limited and the pull up bars don't appear to be tended to in order to maintain texture and grip. Some tape is tossed on but otherwise doing high rep/high intensity movements like bar muscle ups and butterfly pull-ups and even toes to bar are going to be limited by grip texture and just plain old slipping off the bar. 3. Plenty of rowers, a couple ski ergs, and a few rogue bikes. But any issues (broken seat) are given a bandaid (a roll of tape) to fix its, no permanent fix after MONTHS at minimum of disrepair. It's been a obviously known broken piece of equipment since before I got there. 4. Security/Safety - not a concern for the owners despite multiple gripes, especially by women, about the lack of exterior lighting around the side and back entrance to the building when accessing early morning and after sunset when no gyms are in session (24/7 access door). There is no way to know if someone is lurking, there are no lights or security cameras to deter potential attackers. As a father and husband, this is a massive red flag. If you don't care to address the safety complaints of your athletes and coaches, then what do the owners care about? Unsavory foot traffic is constant at all hours of day and night due to the location. Many of who could very easily hide in shadows and do what they may when anyone exits the back door. 5. Owners are more focused on the personal training aspect, and appear to be focused on monetizing the clientele over providing a solid foundational experience for anyone to develop a sense of community off of. Competitions appear to be hosted quite often, with astronomical prices to be paid by participants to compete in a subpar gym with subpar equipment. Coaches aren't paid, rather, they have their own membership written off as work trade (absolutely horse crap). As a current client and former CrossFit coach from Northern California, this is the poorest example I've seen of leadership in a gym. 6. Social Madness. Not just social media, but in-person, the owners appear to target individuals they feel threatened by in a personal or professional aspect. From long, multi page stories on Instagram attacking individuals for egregious conduct that should be settled in court rather than attempting to slander a person as often as they can, to talking down to a married female coach of their own gym for having spoken to the male co-owner and being warned not to flirt, to lashing out at other coaches because of their lack of direction/leadership and incentivizing coaches to poach client sign ups from eachother for "bonuses". All in all, some of the individual clients at the gym are the sole reason the gym continues to be any level of successful, despite a recent mass exodus of both clients and coaches (for reasons stated above). The ownership and community fostered by them is toxic and a shameful mark on the CrossFit Community as a whole. I would not recommend this gym as a place for especially beginners/new athletes to try to learn foundations or receive coaching to develop healthy and proficient movement patterns. This is a gym best suited for friendly workouts with people you know on a 24/7 access basis, but do carry a measure of self defense when accessing while the sun is down.
