The card was written upside down which demonstrated a lack of attention to detail, this should be checked prior to attaching for delivery. The flowers were an assortment of extremely large hydrangeas and peonies. They died in exactly one week and some of the peonies did not open. Some hydrangeas can last up to two weeks. If you want to make an impression this is a good place to check out. Cannot comment on the value and I was in the receiving end.

I was NEVER able to contact the florist, and I asked my sister (the recipient of the orchid) to stop by the place and tell them she did not get the candy. She did stop by, and there was not only a lack of apology, but she also had to argue to receive the candy. It should have been taken off my charge account since my sister had to pick it up. The phone was the only communication offered on their web site -- no email and no other customer service. From the lack of communications (except to receive the money), through the rude response to their error, I do not recommend dealing with this floral service.
