Today was my second visit at ExpressDocs. If you don't have insurance or if you do but you can't get in to see your regular physician, this place is wonderful for most minor issues. It's affordable for the most part (compared to ER costs and such). Wait times vary but I was out in less than two hours this time which isn't bad for a Saturday afternoon. The doctor who treated me was extremely nice, thorough, and attentive. I also like that they will call/email you following your appointment to see if your condition has improved at all. read more

Calm efficiency by the staff; thorough exam and explanations of diagnosis, medications, and aftercare, both oral and written, by the P. A. and physician. This facility even went to bat for me on an insurance issue. I wish medicine were practiced this way everywhere! Baffling experience: I walk in with my son who is 8 months, he is extremely fussy, red, and overheating with a fever. I'm then asked to fill out 5 pages of repetitive information. Then we wait. 5 mins go by and we're called into a room that was at least 90 degrees and told the nurse would be right in she's in the bathroom. We wait at least 15 mins for the "nurse" and an intern with a Keiser shirt to walk in. Once in the room no temperature was taken initially we just went over the papers I filled out with was extremely unnecessary. The intern proceeds to take his temperature and fails multiple times without being assisted by the actual nurse. It was comical an 8 month old baby with a 102 fever was being experimented on by an intern student. The covid swab was a joke when she basically struggled to retrieve a sample. Lastly the measuring of the baby, total waste of time and complete torture to a baby screaming already. All in all a complete joke of an experience. When Charlene at the front desk went to cash me out she had nothing but an attitude, and disgruntled look. When I went to explain this experience the nice women who greeted me when I walked in apologized. Charlene continued to be nasty and acted as if I was doing her a favor when she should've just apologized and explained the break down of the services and charges which is her only job. Good job Charlene I will never return because it wasn't just the fact that my child was an emergency clinics guinea pig it was the treatment after the whole terrible experience by CHARLENE. read more

Would have put 0 starts if possible. The nurse Lisa displayed actions of patient abandonment and overall lack of human decency and care. After the incident I called and spoke to the clinic manager Maria Taylor who proceeded to curse over the phone at me for discussing this issue with her as I was extremely upset. I then spoke to Lisa who also cursed and told me to "fuck off". After trying to reach the medical director to inform him of his staffs behavior he did not even bother to return my call. I truly believe this place should be closed down and have reported them to the Florida department of Health. The actions displayed from this establishment are inhumane. This clinic tested my husband for Covid 29, both PCR and Rapid. They billed insurance for PCR but refused to do so for Rapid. He paid $175 for the test. We could file with our carrier directly (they're in network and carrier says he shouldn't have had to pay) but they refuse to give us an invoice with billing codes so we can file. This is fraud and a violation of the contract they have with our insurance. read more

I was feeling feverish with chills and the doctor, Tatiana, saw me right away. She was interested and kind. I had a Covid-19 test which was negative and discovered I had a bladder infection. The staff was friendly and attentive and I felt confident in the diagnosis. read more

I'm from out of town just visiting for the month. I was feeling ill and since I have no local doctors, I asked a friend who lives locally for a recommendation. He thought ExpressDocs was the best in the area. He was right! Other than having to fill out a 5 page questionnaire, everything else was first rate. From the front desk to the medical personnel, everyone was courteous, competent, caring and professional. There were even two follow up calls from the office to see how I was doing. I also called them twice with follow up questions and both times the calls were answered promptly. My wife subsequently caught what I had (COVID) and she received the same great treatment. I thoughtlessly tried to clean my ear with a Q-tip. Bad decision! My ear became hopelessly clogged. Worse for me since I'm hearing impaired and this was my "good" ear. I remembered I had gone to this practice before and was seen by a very competent and friendly doctor. I arrived around 9:30 and was in a room pretty quickly. I was seen by a PA and 2 medical assistants. They examined me and explained what they were going to do to resolve my issue. They performed an ear lavage and were able to dislodge the blockage. I wanted to leave this review to commend them on their kindness, friendly natures and professionalism. It was a successful visit with a good outcome, and wonderful experience. I have been waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes ... no sign of a doc!!! A very loud lady just burst in the office demanding to be seen immediately so she was taken before me. Here I still sit ! Doc came in after 1 hour 25 minutes. When I mentioned how long I'd been waiting she asked me "how do u want me to answer that "?. While staying in South Florida and being away from my primary I got pretty sick but didn't want to go through an ER. The staff here is very attentive. The facility is very modern and super clean. I was scene in less than ten minutes and out the door within a half hour with scripts in hand. The PA who saw me was very thorough and kind. I am immune suppressed and not always an easy to treat patient therefore I was nervous to go to an urgent care. I would definitely recommend this one. And to the gentleman giving the staff a hard time because he wanted his wife to be seen without any ID-you were rude and out of line. So tired of people beating up people just trying to do their job and adhering to laws,rules,and policies. read more

I am relatively new to the Delray Beach area and was concerned if there would be good urgent care in the area. ExpressDocs Urgent Care has exceeded all of my expectations. I have been there twice, the most recent visit for an accident. There was minimal wait time to be seen and everyone went above and beyond to make the visit as comfortable as possible. The doctor explained everything in a patient way and the P.A.s, radiologist and support staff were excellent; polite and understanding and gave me information about follow-up care . The facility is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. My complaint is that ExpressDocs does not have a patient portal to review test results and they will not email them. The only way to get a copy is to physically go there. They are seriously behind the times in this regard. read more

My daughter made an an appointment for me to take care of and infection that I had on one of my fingers. From the receptionist to the PA's that took care of me, the visit was stress-free and pain-free! I am currently at this clinic. Everyone who works here has been great but this clinic doesn't tell you in advance that they don't take insurance for rapid covid tests. They also don't stock rapid flu tests. So if you test negative for strep, your choices to find out if it's flu or covid are rapid covid test that costs $150 out of pocket , PCR covid covered by insurance (2-3 days for results), or combined covid flu rapid test $175 out of pocket. They tell me my insurance doesn't cover it but that isn't true as I've had 3 rapid covid tests covered this year. They tell me this after I've been here for 2.5 hours. I will never come back here again. read more

Terrible Customer service. No follow up. Impossible to speak with anyone on the phone. Got a Co- Vid test for the express purpose of traveling to PR. Received a call on VM indicating that they had the test results but did not say what the result was. Called spoke to someone that finally answered the phone after several attempts. Advised that they cannot email us the test results and stated that we would need to come in to pick them up. I again informed the person that we are in Puerto Rico and need the test results to submit to the health department in PR. I was instructed to download an app, Healthy Together where the results could be downloaded. Needless to say there were no results on the app. Left several VM explaining the situation. It's obvious that this place is only interested in getting your money. They could care less about your health or well being. Take your business to a more professional establishment not these crooks. read more

I've been to the other local Urgent Cares in the area and this place - ExpressDocs Urgent Care is by far the best Urgent Care out there. When you first walk in the receptionists listen to your needs and help you through the paperwork. The waiting area is relaxing with a tv, fish tanks, coffee and water. But I hardly had time to enjoy it as I was called in within minutes. The nurse took all of my vitals and information. Moments later the doctor came in. I explained my symptoms and concerns. Dr Hong knew right away what was happening with me. He took great care in explaining in detail the cause of my problem and what he recommended. I felt genuinely taken care of. From the moment I walked in to ExpressDocs Urgent Care until the time I left 1/2 hr later, I was treated with such care and concern. Highly recommended! I will be telling everyone. read more

Thank you Dr. Mussoff and staff. On every occasion that we have needed either urgent care or just regular check ups, we have not been disappointed. Dr. Mussoff takes his time each time he sees us. I would highly recommend coming here. I would not go to any other urgent care. I would definitely not go to the ER for minor issues. We made the mistake of taking my son to the ER for a stomach ache because it was during the night. What a horrible mistake that was. We are still paying the $3000 bill for absolutely nothing. Sometimes hospital ERs are necessary but most times urgent cares will suffice without the $3000 bill. read more

What a great experience we had at ExpressDocs Urgent Care. I brought my 82 year old Mom for COVID test (which was unfortunately positive). We were greeted by Laurie who checked us in warmly and promptly. She seriously couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Mom was seen very quickly by Alesia and again, she couldn't have been any nicer. I see a few negative reviews and I am sorry others didn't have the same experience we had. We could not have been more pleased that we found our way to this particular urgent care facility and would not hesitate to return. These folks are all working a ridiculous number of hours and have been since the start of the pandemic. I can only imagine the stress and exhaustion that comes with that. This is the absolute worst Urgent care I've ever been to. I sat for 2 hours and paid $75 just to pee in a cup and have them tell me to go to the ER that there's nothing wrong other than my side hurt. This was the biggest waste of my time ever. Should've just gone straight to the ER. If you need a good suggestion to go to I recommend JFK emergency room in Boynton. That place was a great experience instead of this "urgent" care facility. WILL NOT BE RETURNING read more
