They did a home visit to look at the chairs, and, after looking at our fabric, told us how they thought the fabric should be placed on the chairs. We agreed with their recommendations so they took the chairs and the fabric to their shop. We got the chairs back in a timely fashion. They were delivered yesterday evening and they are absolutely stunning! We couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship and the look of the chairs. Additionally, their customer service throughout the entire process was flawless. If you need to have anything reupholstered, I highly suggest giving Uplift a call. You won't be disappointed!

The original seat pan was reused, and I was given a few foam firmness options to choose from, which really helped dial it in to what I wanted. My wife picked out the fabric at Mills End Fabrics and I have to say, they did a FABULOUS job reupholstering the chase lounge with it. Two years later, the chase lounge still looks like it just came out of the shop. Another week and a half later I had to call back only to hear 1 guy was out sick. Then they trying to make the deal multiple times more difficult than needed but she was going to call me back the next day to schedule a site inspection to make recommendations. So I waited 4-5 more days and still nothing, I called my old company back in California and an hour later I had a design and estimate, I called and paid over the phone and will have my project completed in less than a week, I wil never call this company again nor recommend them to any of my clients, I do not like being lied to or blown off, just tell me the truth and do what you say you're going to do!!
