We'be been good customers until we sold our home and had a seizable refund coming. For some reason that's when they decided to dodge all followup calls from us and anytime I spoke to an office person (Devin) I was lied to. It's been several weeks now and I called to demand an overnight check or direct deposit and was told oh, it's in the refund department. So, for weeks we've been lied to that the check was mailed long before and telling us the call every few days and check our mailbox everyday. I told the office (Devin) I would come pick it up and asked the address to pick it up. Apparently, giving and address is a very difficult task for them. When I finally got the correct office address I see it's my agents office! Seriously. It's one large room where everyone can see each other. No need to send messages or lie about someone in meetings all day. They're all sitting in one room looking at each other. We were going to use them for our new home being built but I wouldn't use them to insure a doghouse.

Blaga has to be at the top of the list of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with, ignoring lots of the questions I had. Being a new business owner is a difficult space to navigate, and there were many things that I was unaware or unsure of (which was the reason why I looked to her for help). There were many mistakes made on our tax return which we have had to pay other accountants quite a lot to correct, but the most egregious one was neglecting to put our entity number on our state tax return, which we were unaware of until the following year when we attempted to file tax returns and were told that according to records, our business had never filed a state tax return. When we contacted her, she gave us the excuse that it wasn't a mistake since the software she used to prepare the return didn't give her an error message. We ended up having to re-file the entire return a year later, and are paying all the associated penalties of filing your tax return a year late. Please save yourself from the headache of dealing with Blaga and find anyone, anyone else to assist you with your taxes. Dealing with her has been the worst mistake I've ever made as a business owner and I have paid thousands of dollars to try and fix the mess that she made.

They got me as much back as they could (which was way more than I could get) and really took care of me.
