I am pleased with the turnout, and I have been back using their services shortly after this incident occurred, as if I never left. It is great to know that the people hired do not always represent the business overall. I had three pair of shoes that needed to be resurrected... the taps on two of my favorite heels needed to be replaced and the straps on another pair needed to be repaired. Elijah replaces the taps on both pair while I waited (done in twenty minutes or less) and the repair was easy next day. They were all shined too before I walked out! Largest one js $8.25/load which can accommodate probably 3 queen sized comforters. Dryers are $1.50/30min and $0.25 more for 7min. Best time to come here is in the morning, right when they open at 7AM on a weekday. I've seen this place get crowded once or twice on a weekend after lunch. Lots of parking spaces outside. They sell full size detergents so better bring your own if you can.

This is not only the cleanest laundromat in Albany, it's on par with Midtown Wash in Atlanta - its super clean with modern machines. Additionally the top-loaders are only $1.75 and $1.50 on Wednesdays. The nasty top-loaders at Fluff n Fold are $2!! Creekside places a pouch of liquid detergent on all of their washers so you dont even need to buy your own - they obviously go the extra mile, because when I read "Free Detergent" on the side, I thought it would be some Great Value powder crap, but no - its liquid!! They offer 7 mins per quarter for drying, while other laundromats only offer 6. The only thing Creekside lacks is WIFI - but I emailed the owner and they told me that they are working on getting WIFI for their customers. All in all, this is the cleanest, best laundromat in town and pretty soon it'll be on par with the best in the state. Two loads of clothes for less than $5 - cant beat that!!
