We paid him a $75 service call - Never could get him back out to repair my refrigerator. Called him numerous times. Left messages and even spoke to him once and he said he'd call right back. Never did. We do not recommend at all! Very unreliable.

Unreliable repair technician. I called this company to get my washing machine repaired on…read more12/23/20. He showed up quickly enough the same evening. However, due to the holidays, he said my part would not arrive until Monday, 12/28/20 which was fine with me. However, what followed was a series of getting the run around. The following week, the technician confirmed the part arrived and said he would come by to complete the repair. He would give me a date and time he would come by but he would never show up. I repeatedly scheduled multiple appointments every week with him directly during the month of Januray since he said he lived in the area so he could come by quickly. Since I scheduled the appointments with the technician directly (for Wednesdays, Thursdays, every Saturday during the month of January), Reliable Source said they had no record of these appointments and they could not take my word for it that the part arrived or that the technician made the appointments with me. I finally made another appointment directly with Reliable Source for the technician to arrive 1/23/20 from 8am - 11am just so that there would be a record of it and I would not be accused of lying. The technician never showed up again (what a surprise). He does call 2 hours after the scheduled time to give me a made up story that the part he ordered doesn't fit the machine so he has to reorder it and the part would arrive the following Monday. I finally called Reliable Source and reported this no show. Enough is enough. One month of getting the run around. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Reliable they are not, that I can guarantee.
