The only downside is that the outlets aren't all in one centralized location. You have to drive to different sections along and across the road to visit all the stores, so you'll find yourself getting in and out of your car multiple times if you want the full shopping experience. Overall, it's a good place to browse, and you may find some bargains, but it's not a conveniently centralized setup.

What I thought were sheets turned out to be a duvet cover. As soon as I realized the mistake I immediately went back to the store to make an exchange. I was met by the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. I explained the situation and was told all sales are final. Lexi went on to lie and say she told me at checkout what I was purchasing stating it is their policy to do so. There were 2 of us checking out, my daughter in law and I both heard Lexi say "These are standard size pillow cases, are you aware of that?" To which we both replied yes. She never mentioned the duvet, had she done so we would have realized the error immediately. The duvet was in the bin labeled Queen size SHEETS. It was an honest mistake. I was not asking for a refund, just a simple exchange. I have been buying S&L since 2009 but am sad to say they lost a good customer. Will never shop at any Serena and Lily store/outlet/online again. I reached out to Manager and customer support with no luck. The lack of respect for loyal customers begins with their corporate team and ends with local store managers. Most of their selections look like items they couldn't sell in regular stores and try selling at the outlets for the same price. They offered 20% off if you buy a second item. We barely found a "first" shoe nice enough to buy. Perfumania was also wayyy overpriced in their selection.

The floor guy started telling me all about it, what generation it was, how well I've evidently been taking care if it based on the lack of fraying of the logo itself. Was really nice to hear from someone with so much passion for the brand. Having said all of that, this is NOT an outlet. Prices are pretty normal (high) though they have a lot of stuff at discounts. This time my son and I each got 30%-40% off of our shirts, plus mysterious UA gift card. So keep that in mind: great place to shop but don't expect outlet prices.

The clothing is well made, comfortable, and unique, dependent on the area where there store is located. I came in here looking for the shirts unique to this area. I like how they cater a shirt to each are they have a store. With this location being in the Rehoboth Beach area they had ones for both Delaware and Maryland. I was able to grab a shirt for each state and still able to browse for more. When I was searching for the shirts I was helped by a very friendly staff member. She directed me to where more shirts were located and that's how I secured the two shirts. After that I made my way to the jackets. I decided to finally bite the bullet and purchase a new, well made, winter jacket. For being and outlet I kind of expected better pricing, but you can't have everything. Pricing wasn't horrible, as I prepared myself beforehand. Note here, do not confuse this with the location in the the Tanger Outlet spot up the street. That is like the discounted/discontinued Columbia store.

Really wasn't in the need to buy anything, but it doesn't hurt to look. Basic setup that you would find in any of their other outlet stores. Large space that is filled to the brim with their shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, etc. I always love their hoodies so I spent a good portion of my time browsing that section. Did I need to? No, but I did anyway. Staff were pleasant and made sure I was taken care of. They also made me aware of the sales they were having and that if I needed anything to just ask.
