What you are able to do from the back of a van is pretty Was a bit late to my appointment, I'll cut him some slack here since I live all the way out in Live Oak and he kept in contact the whole time. If you have bumper damage, don't bother with a dealership or body shop. He can do the job cheaper, quicker, and on a professional level.

This guy does AMAZING work. My car looks great. I have an 2006 Corolla and the bumpers on these cars always get dents and dings. Over the last 9 years I've run into boulders, gotten into a few minor fender benders, etc. Quotes are fair (really cheap even). I was quoted twice what this company quoted me at a body shop and they required that the car be kept for about a week. However, Express Plastic Bumper Repair quoted 1/2 the price, they came to my house and were done fixing the front and back bumper in about 5 hours from start to finish.

Nobody welcomes a dent in their car - especially when it happens behind the scene; "parking lot hit and run," for example. I'm driving my wife's Sequoia and got home only for her to point out the damage to me. She was upset. I immediately got several quotes to get it fixed. Three outfits said they would have to replace the whole bumper; costing over $1,000. (No thanks) Then I got specific and looked up "plastic bumper repair.) Tah Dah! I got one quote for over $600 and then I got a reasonable quote from Chris for $450; results guaranteed. He scheduled me for the following day AND came out to my house to repair and paint the bumper. Look at the before and after pics. Amazing! I swear it looked like a new bumper. All of the dent and scratches - gone. I contacted Express Bumper Repair to fix a ding on my front drivers side bumper. The bumper was dented and needed paint. The dealership was going to charge me an arm and a leg so I set out to find other options. Chris was wonderful to work with, drove out to me, and even accommodated a reschedule due to unforeseen events that occurred in my life. Had a large hole and scratch on my plastic lower rear bumper on my 2019 Expedition Max. Also, had some damage and scratches above it w a slight dent to the bumper. Chris did amazing work on my bumper. I set up the appointment a week in advance via a phone call and texts with pictures of the damage. He sets up the appointment and then confirms with you. Because of the rainy weather I went to his shop to have the work done. I cannot say how happy I am with the outstanding results and the professional service. This guy is a pro. Had some damage caused by a rock to my front bumper. My paint is metallic and pearl coat. He will do the work at your work/house/ wherever is convenient for you. He did the work in three short hours, managed to fix the huge gouge and matched the 3 year old paint perfectly. He will be my go to for any future bumper and paint work. Used them to fix damage on rear bumper of Toyota Camry. Damage was from when the inside portion of the lock on a garage door scraped the bumper, so it was a clearly visible one. Three hours after Chris arrived the bumper looked like new. Chris is amazing! My dealership contracted out a paint repair job which was not done well and they fought me every step of the way to pay for the repair. Chris dealt with the contracted company for reimbursement and completely redid the bumper (clear coat was peeling in several areas and the original damage was coming through) in a few hours! He also did a detail cleaning on it and it looks brand new again. I like the cleaning so much that I may have him wax it sometime in the next couple of months. I recently took my car for a detailed cleaning cause it was extremely dirty and full of dog hair. After looking at all their packages, I decided to go for their Ultimate Detail package for $45. After 60 min my car was looking so fresh and clean I wanted to drive it all around town so that people could see how awesome my car looked. My car dealer had recommended…read moreit and with all the construction going on around town and tons of trucks, industrial vehicles and weather around SA, I wanted to protect the paint. When we heard about the service, my husband called several times and no one called back?? They just corresponded via text and email, no personal interaction until we got to the shop. We even brought it up to our car dealer and he said that if we didn't hear back after a certain amount of time that he would try to reach out to them. Finally, they corresponded with a price via email and time available via text. I finally brought it in as I was on vacation for a few weeks. When we got to the shop, no one greeted my husband according to him as I was still outside. No salutations. He proceeded to tell them his name and what car we were dropping off. The rep was with another employee on the computer in the front desk. When they finally got to us, they took our info and the rep explained the process, other services they provide if we wanted in the future, e.g., Ceramic Coating and Window Tints, how long the job would take, how to take care of it and how long it would have to fully cure and to not allow water to sit on the top for now as it is a porous product. They also offer an Uber if you needed a ride home. After the paperwork was completed, I asked if we could look at the shop in the back so there's a waiting area with windows to view the process and application. Pretty cool and I noticed lots of high-end vehicles being serviced. You could really see the attention to detail when positioning the film on even the front Grill area of an SUV. It was going to take about 1-1/2 days to complete. We heard back in the late afternoon the next day so we told them we'd pick it up the next morning. When I picked up my car, there was a female rep helping me out behind the counter and I think she was being cross-trained but was very thorough. She also gave me a free Detail Spray with Microfiber Cloth kit. After explaining the warranty & paying, the original rep walked out with us to see the car. We looked at the seams, detail, checked under the hood, looked if there were any bubbles or imperfections. He said if there were any imperfections or bubbles that we notice, that we could just call and notify them. We wouldn't have to make an appointment. He reiterated how to take care of the car with the film coating & explained that brushless car washes are recommended because the brushes on regular car washes can damage the coating as well as your paint. Plus the brushes pick up other dirt from other grimy vehicles like trucks and can transfer them to your car. Good to know. He mentioned the other services again and mentioned that the Window Tints & how it minimizes heat esp. in the hot Texas summers. We were impressed at the work and in the coming days/weeks/months will monitor how it wears and if we see any imperfections.

Was extremely welcoming when I arrived and got me a courtesy ride back to my home which was a major convenience: this was due to how close I live to the facility. Took my truck and sedan in on separate days, each taking about 4-hours to detail. I didn't get my carpets shampooed and opted for the basic exterior wash. Both vehicles were completed in the estimated time and seeing them detailed was awesome. My truck interior literally looked better than the day I bought it new. My sedan is a bit older and still looked awesome...for not being thoroughly cleaned in almost 5-years, I doubt a better result could've been produced. Unfortunately, I didn't get before or after pictures but the difference is very noticeable. Definitely would recommend The Detail Code.

I wanted to clean-up my Mercedes for sale, which had a front bumper scape and a rear bumper scratch. So, I called Express Bumper and talked to Chris, the owner. He gave me a very reasonable estimate, so I set up service. Chris arrived on-time and started to work on the vehicle. Shortly thereafter he told me he could fix the blemished rear bumper without repainting, which would save him time and me money. In a few hours Chris was finished and the repaired areas looked factory new. I'm very pleased with the service and the repairs. Most importantly though, I was impressed with Chris's professionalism and integrity; he could have easily charged me at the top of his estimate, but instead he charged me less than quoted, and that's a rare experience. Although backing into the sign was frustrating and inconvenient, getting it fixed was everything but frustrating and inconvenient! Unforuntately, I have had to use this service way too many times. Once on my old car, when a guy rearended me while talking on his cell phone... once when someone keyed my brand new car and the other went someone hit my new car (when it was parked).. Dave has an excellent eye when it comes to looking at pictures... He saw a dent when I insisted there wasn't one...they will come to your home or office (unless you live in the Dominion... only negative thing I have to say)... and do excellent work...hopefully, I won't have to use them again. But definitely a big thumbs up to Dave and Chris! read more

This guy does awesome work. He comes to you and works wonders. I drive a mercedes benz SLK 280 and he fixed my crack on my plastic bumber I ran into a boulder and for a reasonable price at that. Chris did an amazing job on both my Acura TL and Honda Civic. He really spends a lot of time prepping the area to ensure a quality paint job. And it definitely shows! He not only repaired both bumpers, but my wife's civic had multiple dings and creases on two of the rubber inserts along the doors, and he was able to fix all of it perfectly.
