Mike (owner) and Skeeter (lead auto specialist) run a tight ship over there, and the team is as dependable as they come. Every time I've taken my truck in, the work has been done right the first time--no issues, no nonsense, just solid service. Their prices are reasonable, especially considering how expensive auto repair can get these days. I believe they charge somewhere between $80-$100 an hour for service, which is fair compared to other shops. Parts and everything else are priced reasonably as well. Given the quality of work they do, I have no complaints. I don't trust just anyone with my truck--it's got a 6" lift, 35" tires, and is kept in impeccable condition (unless I've been mudding, of course). Garden Auto is the only place I'll take it because I know they'll handle it with care and expertise. If you want honest, skilled auto technicians, who stand by their work, this is the shop to go to.

He explained the vehicle to us and showed us all the bells and whistles that come with a new vehicle as most sales people will. But the difference in Erick was even after we let him know that we were not going to buy the vehicle from Flow Honda but from another local dealer, a very similar vehicle but a Toyota. He called us and talked to us and told us that he understood and that if anything fell through with our purchase at the other dealer the offer at Flow Honda was good for a month. I know you are thinking well a lot of them do that but Erick was not just about the vehicle he cared about us and my wife and I really appreciated his concern for us. Im giving three stars is because someone forgot to put the caps back on my tire stems. It was a gift from my spouse of silver grenades. I called and was told they were not there and they are not responsible for them. So if you need tire work done I recommend taking your own caps off and putting them back on later if they are custom.

On my way to NC, I was praying that I would have a mechanic who treated me like he would treat his daughter and I believe that Wes did that. I'm greatful to God for bringing me to this location and getting my car fixed. I took my car in for wheel alignment after got new tires 6 months ago…read more The guy told me the shaking when I break is not because of wheel alignment, I need to change the routers and break pads on the front wheels. I then took the car in last week to do the work. Got the car back and the problem is STILL there..... and suddenly my car drives heavier, like a truck and is heavy on gas. It was not like this before. I took it back today .... and the guy says....oh, seems they changed the routers and break pads on the BACK wheels in stead of the FRONT WHEELS, as I was quoted for. And..... politely informed me that they didn't cause the fact that my car handles completely different since I left them last week. So.... I asked him, seeing that you DID NOT change the routers and break pads in the front, as they were supposed to and admits that they did it in the back in stead of the front wheels. I told them to undo what ever they did and give me my money back so I can take my car to a different place. To which is I was given a snide patronizing NO. And apparently because his poor ego cant handle a WOMAN disagreeing with him about her car, and my voice was on the same loudness as his, I was asked to leave. What a load of BS. The job was completed in a timely manner, however the next day I found oil drippings on my driveway, I returned the car to the shop and notified the staff. Adrian and Mbie (Service and General managers) immediately sent a member of their staff to my house to clean up the oil spill without asking. They are literally door to door service.
