I contacted customer service and they issued me a credit for slightly more than half what I paid for the pants - which I used to purchase a replacement pair. Within a couple of months, the replacement pair fell apart as well. I work in an office and do not engage in the type of activity that would merit this type of damage. Simply put, the quality is extremely poor, especially for the price point. This used to be a premium brand, but is now just as cheaply made as anything you would find in a big box store. I would recommend taking your money somewhere that sells higher quality apparel and actually values their customers.

He was great he found what I was looking for right away, however, not in my size for the color I wanted. He also made a compliment. Great customer service. I went to the fitting room to try it, and another on and wow, the fitting room was a disaster. See in the pic attached. Not only was it a mess, I sat down for a second to respond to an email, and the lights went off on me as they were motion sensors I figured out. Suggestion maybe make them a little longer. There certainly were some great deals here, and if I needed jeans, I certainly would have bought some for me. Sadly, they did not have any jeans at my brothers size. That's a bummer, wish they would have clothes for larger guys, but sadly they didn't. Still, I would make the trip again if I lived in the area to get the prices they had here for Levi Jeans.

So Barbie's favourite Outlets are the Tanger Outlets, and when she was driving from Columbus to Cleveland to come and see me, pick me up no less, she came right by here and was excited to see them, but didn't stop because she was in a hurry to get to me. So a few days later when we were driving through Columbus, we detoured up here and spent a couple of hours exploring the mall. It was delightful for me to bring her here and surprise her. Barbie enjoyed it tremendously and said that it's one of the better outlet malls that she's been to. It's really quiet and we were surprised at how few people were up here shopping. I hope that they're doing enough to stay in business. They had some good deals on, like the VS & Pink store had a big sale, but definitely there wasn't as much money to be saved or as extensive of a collection and selection as there is at the Tanger located in Texas City close to Houston which is our regular TO location. The Tanger of shopping here is that even though everything is at Outlet prices, you'll spend too much. The other Tanger is getting frozen in winter, because it's outside and it gets very cold indeed in these parts. So it's totally worth it. It's a genuinely nice place to shop. Until you drop. Me a line. So we can netflix. And chill.

I particularly like the back walls of clearance shoes and the seasonal sales. The staff are very helpful. The nice lady that helped me today offered to check stock to see if they had what I was looking at in the size I wanted. The best part, the lines move quite fast. Overall, this store is great

I have been wearing Nike sneakers for as long as I can remember. They are comfortable and stylish…read moresneakers, and I love just wearing them. I came to this Nike Factory Store because my younger brother needed some new sneakers. I actually ended up buying myself a pair, even though I didn't really need any because of the great prices here. I got a pair of Nike Air Visi Pro VI for less than $40! What!?!? That's super cheap! Put them in my closet when I got home because I know I will eventually use them. Be warned, though, the line is gigantic. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting to get to the front of the line. Don't expect to shop here and not wait. Still for these prices, worth it!
