When I was looking for a cast member for help, it seemed they were all distracted and unapproachable. I needed to ask about the sale currently going on and when asked about it, I was given a short answer so had to figure out if I qualified myself and still wasn't sure until I paid. The checkout process was slow for us. After waiting about 5 minutes in checkout line's front spot, a second associate came to help us with checkout. At the checkout they also charge for reusable bags, so remember to bring your own bags to avoid the bag fee. We bought an Elsa school bag, Elsa toy set, and few t-shirts from the clearance section.
