They are polite but authoritative, a difficult balance to achieve if you've ever worked in a retail or service industry. If you are using a cell phone in the lobby they will not hesitate to ask you to take the call outside, which I appreciate. Workforce plus is a place where you get back what you put in. They offer many different workshops weekly and even have loaner clothes if you don't have interview appropriate attire. The staff there will inform you of your options and help you navigate the many steps sometimes required for higher level training or assistance. My experience has been all positive. My only complaint would be the plaza looks run down and sketchy but after having been there several times I no longer feel unsafe. FYI Monday seems to be the busy day.
