Tallahassee, FL is very weak and the usual ads, Facebook, Indeed, etc. have not produced any good leads. But Alex, Tricia and James took me by the hand and not only gave me an overly qualified staff member, but they also took the hassle out of payroll negotiation and also time cards. Their electronic billing system is far more superior than their competition and their attention to finding the exact right employee for my very specific needs was GREATLY appreciated. They've also continued to follow up on multiple times which I greatly appreciate. I cannot say enough good things with how they recruit and train their employees. I will gladly use them on big and small jobs alike. They have made my job infinitely easier. Thank you!!!

Everyone I've had interaction with was professional and helpful. The folks at the front desk are excellent at engaging people coming in and putting them in the right direction. They are polite but authoritative, a difficult balance to achieve if you've ever worked in a retail or service industry. If you are using a cell phone in the lobby they will not hesitate to ask you to take the call outside, which I appreciate. Workforce plus is a place where you get back what you put in. They offer many different workshops weekly and even have loaner clothes if you don't have interview appropriate attire. The staff there will inform you of your options and help you navigate the many steps sometimes required for higher level training or assistance. My experience has been all positive. Approximately 2 years ago I hired Maxim in Tallahassee to take care of my family member…read more Initially, everything was wonderful. Communication was great, the care was excellent, the joint involvement of my loved one's health between Maxim and myself was incredible... simply put: I couldn't have been happier. It was such a trying time for my family and Maxim helped me feel comfortable and confident. I trusted them. Then around May of 2014, things went horribly wrong. Management changed very abruptly and unexpectedly. The care of my loved one became shockingly inappropriate. Anthony Liberty, the new administrator that I communicated with was rude, offensive and disrespectful. I probably could have handled this new challenge if my loved one had continued to be taken care of appropriately. But that couldn't have been further from the truth! The mistreatment, neglect and careless management was appaling. When any of my concerns were brought to Mr. Liberty's attention, he ignored me and told me, "To get over it." Soon after this, I found new care for my loved one. Would I ever consider using Maxim again? If Anthony Liberty is still associated with Maxim... ABSOLUTELY NOT! Please do your research before using Maxim of Tallahassee. It's a shame that something so wonderful turned into a nightmare for my family!
