No help. So unorganized. You have to chase the person. They give you horrible temporary jobs. There's no communication.

I applied with the Covington Ga. office in late October 2017. As I arrive, I notice the office staff in various Halloween costumes. They actually had the audacity to ask me to take a group photo of them using one of their cellphones. A bit of an odd request but I did it. The interview process went well. A few days later, in early November 2017, my file is transferred to the Athens Ga. office. A few telephone conversations happened during that time frame. As of this date, March 29, 2018, I've not heard one word other than to get my resume' out to potential employers. Whether they did or didn't, I have no clue because I haven't received any calls. I have called several times. For the most part, the messages are not passed on or ignored. Voicemail had been ignored up until just recently. I finally get a return call after contacting someone that is actually no longer affiliated with this staffing agency who used her clout to get someone to contact me. I received a call within an hour and was informed that they'd send my resume' to a potential employer. To no avail though. Still not a word on whether they have found anything out. I finally made one more call a couple of days ago and lo and behold, the person I was wanting to contact actually answered the phone. Amazing! I politely informed that person to withdraw my application and to toss my resume' in the trash. The response:"I'll have to make some updates". What in the world needs updating? Most likely notes to red flag me. In essence, these people are utterly useless! If you feel it necessary to use a staffing agency to find employment, steer clear of this one! read more

I would not recommend this employment company; I experienced piss poor customer service from the receptionist onto the manager in Covington, GA. My dilemma started after I accepted a assignment on October 1 at the last minute via email from the EEP (Express Employment Professionals). I was told by the owner of the company that I was assigned to that, I was doing a great job and that she heard nothing by good things about me. However, the company was going to a convention that Thursday and would return the next following week. Therefore, she would contact EEP to set up another assignment date. Please keep in mind, which I didn't walk up to the owner asking if they had any job opening. The information was brought to me from the owner, and she asked to me to speak with her before I left for that business day to talk about front office work. Which, I didn't before I left for that day. I contact EEP the next following week via email. The manager explained that she had nothing but good praises from the work and she would follow up soon with details. Well, days turned into weeks and so forth....Now, in order to keep my name on the available list for the week; I would send a note every week and still no word on the previous assignment. Ok.. No news and good news at this point! I didn't hear anything back from EEP or the representative from the company. Nevertheless, I did receive a call from the DOL concerning unemployed insurance. The lady was quick and to the point, she read me the notes to why the company didn't call or EEP. I was surprised and shocked at the notes that was been expressed about my work experience. Afterwards, I called EEP and spoke with manager concerning notes from DOL. The manager explained to me that the company didn't like work and that I was rude and so on...which is B.S.!! I explained to the manager whether the news was good, bad or in differ to reach out (communicate) to what's going on? This information could have been spared via email the week that she got wind of the comment. It's lack of communication and respect with it comes down to applicants. And then to add insult to injury, I didn't receive a check on time for the following week; I had to travel to the office to pick up a personal check. I still haven't received a pay stub! It's been over a month and still I haven't received anything. Just, so happen I had a credit of $2.14 from taxes. Are you serious? It wasn't worth the gas to travel to downtown Covington to pick up a check that common sense should have told you to mail. I just sent another note via email to the manager to please send me a copy of the original pay stub plus the so-called credit check. If it takes this long to receive a pay stub just image how long it would take to receive a W-2 form. So, now I get a reply via email to visit the website to print out information going forward.
