The lawyer failed to have his client's best interest and was very passive during trial. Wish our family member wasn't a victim to allowing the new prosecutor to win. He is a consummate professional and knows his way around the laws and procedures extremely well - way above my expectations. Our green card application went very smoothly with him guiding the ship and I was so pleased that we did not try to do it ourselves. His legal fees were reasonable and his scheduling adapted to our needs. Every step of the process was meticulously detailed by him and everything we did scrutinized. I was never nervous or worried throughout the process because Mr. Potra made sure everything was perfectly in order. All the i's were dotted and t's were crossed and our process went perfectly smooth. I could not imagined having done the process without him. I would recommend Potra Law Firm to anyone with immigration law needs. God Bless You All. Orlando

First of all I just have to recommend talking first to Melanie! She is the sweetest person to talk…read moreto, is very knowledgeable and has the most cheerful attitude. I wish everyone was such a delight to speak to, especially at a lawyer's office. I don't what happened to Riley, but he is not here... It seems that there used to be a few attorneys that worked together and now they decided to branch out on their own. Nothing wrong about that! Anyways, after calling and talking to about a dozen attorney offices and multiple appointments later, I stumbled upon Steve. After talking to Melanie she cleared some of my questions and made me a FREE face to face consultation with Mr. Emert after a few days. Which was perfect, because several of the offices I called told me they didn't have appointments for more than a week. They gave me some forms to fill out for information before our scheduled meeting and it wasn't too much work to fill them out and it helped us when we did finally get to speak face-to-face. We submitted them thru email the day before the meeting which gave me ample time to prepare and we all went into the meeting knowing what we wanted instead of having to guess. We wanted a special type of trust and needed a experienced lawyer to file it for us. Mr. Emert gave us several different suggestions and gave us multiple options to accomplish what we wanted. Each option was priced different and we were able to know up front how much it would cost. We were able to break up the payments into smaller affordable amounts. Mr. Emert is very skilled and seems very educated and knowledgeable in the field that he works in and he made everything a lot easier than I had expected. I recommend using this office for your family planning needs for estates, wills and trusts!

What initially carried the potential for a 10-15 year felony sentence was ultimately reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail time and minimal probation; an outcome we are incredibly grateful for. He communicated promptly throughout the entire process and presented our options clearly and realistically, which helped us feel informed and prepared at every step. Mike also demonstrated a strong commitment to the case, making multiple six-hour round trips in addition to court appearances and the extensive work required behind the scenes. He is personable, straightforward, and professional qualities we truly valued during such a stressful time. Our family deeply appreciates his dedication and the results he was able to achieve. We would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a skilled and reliable attorney.

What you will get from O'Hagan Law is a straight-to-the-point, honest, and clear understanding of exactly what your options are regarding YOUR specific situation.
