Several times their technicians installed the wrong size filters in my units, left the filter access doors open, and frequently they had to come out several times to fix a problem. Could tell the tech wasn't real happy about having to offer the second one but did since he had to. The fact they said they would stand by their work was one reason I went with them but now they won't since I only wanted fixed what was broke. Likely won't use again.
