While on vacation due to traffic some Starbucks spilled on the front passenger carpet. We usually get almond milk but they were out and of course they used milk. Even after cleaning up every drop the smell was atrocious and we needed help. Looking through Yelp we found what turned out to be our saviors. We booked it that night and true to their word, they were here the very next morning and did such an awesome and amazing job. The car looks and smells like the day we bought it 2 years ago. Having a drive back to Texas that would've been the worst, will be wonderful. Let me say, coming from a small Texas town, getting someone at all the next day, holiday weekend, at a very reasonable price, having them come "self contained " where being in a resort hotel they had everything they needed, did the best and amazing detail we've ever gotten and finished up on time. Amazing service. I hadn't washed my Santa Fe since last year in May and moved twice out of state and back and then locally. I have two dogs and cats and so they hung out in the back of the car in the drives. Our poor car called Felix, was soooo dirty and full of pet hair. We scheduled our wash on a Friday when I was off and it was around 1pm and was able to get someone at 4! We got George Correa to wash and it was only one guy as they couldn't send a second guy, but he did so amazingly. Felix had a spa day and was back to being new as it is a brand-new car just Mom here had been so busy for months and tight with the budget that it couldn't get a proper wash. This is a good service. I wasn't sure what to expect: Will my online booking be confirmed and an appointment get solidified? Will the detailer do a good job? It was worth the effort and money to find out. I was not keen on leaving my car at a detail shop, so it was worth it to have a mobile service come to my house. The online booking system was very smooth. Each offering was spelled out, as was the cost and (thankfully!) how long each type of job would take. This helps considerably with planning your day. The detailer showed up during the window, as hoped, and she spent a good deal of time cleaning my car. Overall, a pretty good job. She also answered some questions about how to fix paint scratches. My boyfriend and I returned from a road trip with my very sick to his stomach dog. The smell was something else and the dog ended up in a diaper. You get the picture. So on the way home I googled detailing services. A few others couldn't get out for weeks but I was able to confirm an appointment on line for the very next day. They came out to his work and got his car back to its like new condition - smell and all! The prices were slightly less than other come to your location Detailing services were offering. I've never gotten a detail for any of my cars so I was a bit lost. I googled "auto detailing" and this company came up and was one of the more affordable options with many different options and level of services to choose from. I thought I'd give it a try and was pleased. Our detailer, Gerald, was communicative, punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a great job on our sedan and I believe it was worth the cost. I never write reviews, so I know this must've been a great job for me to even put something like this together. Express detailers showed up early and that was awesome. Upon arrival, he got right to work. There was no delay and he worked consistently for a good nearly 3 hours. I bought my car in 2018 and have never really done anything in terms of cleaning it since then. My car looks just as new as the day I bought it I would highly recommend Express Detailers. I have a black 2010 Mercedes E-350 and I got the ceramic king service and the car has never looked better. The interior was cleaned impeccably and a spot on the right rear where I had barely bumped into another car in the past leaving what appeared to be a reddish scrape (must have just been paint) was completely gone after the service. I practically live out of my car, and it was filthy inside and out. I am over 65 and work full time so there was no way I could have spent hours cleaning it myself. I used this company in October and was very happy so I booked them again. Only one person showed up this time and he did an incredible job. They were amazing! They were incredibly detailed and they did EXTRA! They were incredibly detailed and I haven't had my car this clean since I drove it off the lot. They came up to my house and detailed it amazingly. I had pet hair from three huskies and my husband as a construction concrete worker so the mats were awful. I gave the detailer a 2014 Ford Fusion that has sadly seen much better days. Desmond arrived at 10am and did not leave until close to 7pm.
