Was a regular customer for months here and use to get haircuts with Julien. Requested an…read moreappointment for Saturday early at 10am and showed up 18 minutes late, had called and made it known that I'd be late and was told I could come in still and they tried and squeeze me in. Long story short, they couldn't get me in and for wasting my barber Juliens time I was willing to still pay for the haircut and request another appointment for another day and in the process, the owner was very rude and disrespectful and being that I wasn't even getting a cut by him I was confused as to why he came at me like that. Julien remained professional the whole time and even apologized but i will unfortunately never go back to a place where the owner is so hostile and aggressive towards customers. We all got things in life that happen and we can't prevent.

I told him to handle his stuff and I would reschedule for another day. I'm not going to reschedule! Apparently my gas is free and so is my time. I will go elsewhere for a haircut. Love how this place is open till 9pm. The cut was good and they use a straight razor for shaves…read more Being that it was almost 8pm I didn't have to wait at all. I'm giving 3 stars because they used styling hair gel to do the shave. I was shocked when I noticed it. I was thinking it was going to get sticky...and it did - which the barber remedied by adding water and more hair gel. After the shave my face felt sticky and slimy. But that wasn't the worst feeling. It was the skin irritation & burning sensation that came later. I tried to just wash my face in the bathroom but that wasn't enough because it was also the back of my neck and on the hard part. I had to immediately go home and take a shower. Thankfully with a good wash with face soap & shampoo, and a good rinse - I was feeling much better. Then I also remembered....they didn't use any type of after shave either. Not something that met my expectations from getting a hair cut.
