Long story short, they couldn't get me in and for wasting my barber Juliens time I was willing to still pay for the haircut and request another appointment for another day and in the process, the owner was very rude and disrespectful and being that I wasn't even getting a cut by him I was confused as to why he came at me like that. Julien remained professional the whole time and even apologized but i will unfortunately never go back to a place where the owner is so hostile and aggressive towards customers.
