29th street location in Midwest city Oklahoma: Financed a car three years ago. All payments have been paid on time and we are near the pay off date. Today we had a few questions about the contract, pay-off and mechanic work so we called for the first time ever. Spoke with a finance supervisor named Cheleesha and she was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We will never do business with Express Credit Auto again. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! They ripped me off and I paid 13,999 for a car that was probably worth 3,000. Every month a new issues arises with my piece of shit car. I've probably put an extra 3,000 into it just for repairs and it continues to have issues. I also had surgery and couldn't work for 3 weeks and they still demanded a car payment and gave me the wrong email to me twice for my employer to try and help me out to give me a break. Are we never in my life do business with this company ever again. On multiple occasions after paying my car note my car still was not turned back on . The communication with trying to get in contact with the loan officer or the account and representative to get the actual mouth that you owe on your car is unrealistic. They are selling people lemons and taking advantage of people !!!! read more

Came in to Express credit Auto in Midwest city just really looking. Frank welcomed me as soon as I walked in and I informed him I had never bought a car before and he insured me I would be able to do a test drive with out being pushed to buying. I test drove many cars.. he rode with me in most all the cars answering every question I had or just informed me he didn't know instead of lying and trying to get me to get the car. After picking the car I wanted I needed to bring it back to be cleaned the next day. When I walked in they knew my name (wasn't just another number to them). Made everything so easy and fast! Had my car for a month and while i was on vacation in Texas the alternator went out and had to have the battery replaced also. The warranty department would not reimburse me cause it was not repaired by them. So now I'm out $850 for a car I've only had a month. read more

They make you leave a review right when you get car so your review is not accurate it's only for the service they provided to get the car, not after you leave the lot. Well they don't lie when they say they can get you into a car but what they need to tell you is we repo nearly every car we sell. There customer service is bad. They are so rude and they lie. Their attorneys lie too. I was told go the USED MOTOR VEHICLE AND PARTS COMMISSION and file a complaint with them. Read the BBB complaints against this company. I really don't see how this company stays in business. Their warranty department is awful. They sell you a junk car that is way over priced, charge tons of interest, and then don't even honor a warranty when the car breaks down. I expect one of these days to be getting a class action lawsuit in the mail because I really do think their time is running out. I'm no attorney but I don't see how half the stuff they do is legal. Please do not buy from this company. There are so many other car financing places that will treat you with dignity and respect. These people are rude and just plain mean. Look at BBB ratings. Look under odcr. com, select court, scroll down and put Oklahoma as County, put in Auto Advantage in the party name and just to narrow it down put in file date range; if you don't put in the range it will pull up pages and pages of cars they have repossessed. These people are in court every other day. They will repossess your car even if one day late. Everyone in the company lies, and you can tell they don't like their job which reflects on the owner. If you do business with them make sure you record phone calls. It will come in handy later. I could just go on and on about this company but I think reading the reviews says it all. I have had the same issues other people had have. If Express Credit Auto has already screwed up your life, you can always file a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office (advice from my State Legislature). Maybe with enough complaints they might do something. read more

do not...and i mean do not buy a car from here. they are all about money, money, money, and whoever sale the most cars get some type of big commission!!! recently went to go purchase a car from them and, and the man that was helping purchase a car said that he would work with me on something in my pay range. after i found the raggety car i wanted (all other cars were banged up from recent customers) he did all of the paperwork without finding a reasonable pay range for me. come to find out he was trying to get me to sign paperwork for the car before he explained the payments on the car. mind you my husband and i had already been sitting there for an hour! so after he printed out all of the paperwork, he told me that i would have to at least put down a $1000 down payment for my payments to be low so i gave him the $1000, then when he went over the paperwork with me, basically told me that i would have to pay $229 every payday (which i already explain to him that i was trying to get something in my pay range) and asked him why i would have to pay $460/mo for a damn 2012 with 117,893 miles, he told me if i put more money down that i would be able to get a better car with better payments. i was not going to put anymore money down on a 2012 because $1000 is a lot! so since he already had the papperwork made up and we"ve been sitting up there all day, i went ahead and accepted the the car and payment. so got the car (it was dark out when i was looking at cars) and they gave me the keys...no one detailed it...had to detail and wash it myself...the same night...woke up the next morning and found over 30 spots where they tried to cover up spots and scrathces with regular paint. had to call the warranty department all for them not to answer the phone. so now i have to drive around with these non-matching paint dots on my car. not to mention i already put $1000 and a week later had to pay my first car payment that he never explained to me. called up there and they told me that i should have looked on my paperwork and told me that just because i put down $1000 doesnt mean that they would let me wait a month to pay my car payment. so i had to come up with the money for that because the third day my car started beeping. then had called to see how much my tage was and it was 683 damn dolloars! so i called and asked if they could at least give me another temorary tag until i pay for my high ass tag and they told me no because they dont provide a second tag! i told them they dont help out their customers with anything and thats why they have bad reviews. now my account is on lock and i cant pay my car payment because they said that i have to pay their insurance that they added to my account that they didnt explain to me. so now i have to fax over my declaration page from my insurance comapany to get it unlocked. i should have neevvverrr signed a contract with them! lesson to be learned...not only that, the live agent i talked to over the phone was rude as hell! it was several people who told me after the fact not to buy a car from them. i am beyond irate!! all they want is your money!!!!!!!!!! read more
