I had some problems with an electric operated shade I purchased for another dealer in the Cleveland area. I took the shade to this dealer and they had to send it out. Remember, H D will repair for free, but it has to be returned to the factory. Three weeks later and more than $50.00 in shipping cost (then) my shade returned. My daughter's bedroom window shade broke (twice) and I took it to Herman Textiles. After talking to Joel who is a really nice guy, he fixed it on the spot. Yes, there was a service charge for parts and repair but consider the cost of shipping and the time element. Shade repair/ reinstall in less than one hour! Couldn't be happier. And so was my daughter! So, when you are thinking about Hunter Douglas give Joel Herman some consideration. Great guy, great showroom, and great follow up service. Jeff L. 9-2-2021 Cleveland, Ohio
