The report provided was incredibly comprehensive, easy to understand, and included detailed explanations and photos for every finding. She took the time to identify not only cosmetic concerns, but also important structural, roofing, ventilation, and construction-related items that gave us a much clearer understanding of our new home. Most importantly, the inspection gave my family real peace of mind. The findings were presented professionally and helped ensure the builder addressed issues that otherwise could have gone overlooked. Excellent communication, excellent documentation, and outstanding attention to detail. I would absolutely use 360 Inspections again in the future. - Adam Fisher

Very unprofessional. Sidney, I'm glad you recorded the conversation, because the recording should speak for itself regarding what was actually said and what I asked of your staff. At no point did I ask anyone to do anything unreasonable or outside the scope of their professional responsibilities. I'm not going to engage in a back-and-forth or respond to the personal accusations made in your response. My review reflects my experience with your company and is not based on a single conversation or isolated incident. Yelp provides customers with a safe forum to share their experiences, and I have shared mine respectfully. I stand by my review. I consider this matter closed and wish the inspector best.

We hired AHI to do a pre-list inspection on our home. Three people (Joe, Chase & Christian)…read morecompleted a very thorough inspection on a 2100 sqft home in about 2 hours. They used a drone to see details about the roof and siding, and found a lot of issues that the inspector missed when we bought the house six years earlier. The guys were very professional and courteous, answered all of our questions, and we had an exceptionally detailed report, with photos, delivered to our email the same night. We didn't mention anything, but we knew about some problems with the house. They found every problem we knew of and more! We were alarmed that the vapor barrier under the house is incomplete and allowed moisture to create a mold problem under our house, which is likely affecting the air quality in the house. They also found where the siding was improperly cut and installed by the roof, thanks to the drone. I know that stinks being the seller, but better to know now than later and get it fixed so our family isn't breathing mold! IMHO, I don't think it gets better than AHI. I recommend getting an inspection, even if you aren't selling, every five to ten years, just to make sure your house is safe and functional. No one wants mold, etc!
