We've had the privilege of working with Cameron Vannor, owner of CKC Home Inspection LLC, for two important stages of our new construction home: the pre-closing inspection and our nearly one-year final warranty inspection. From the very start, Cameron was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He carefully inspected every aspect of the home, pointing out both major and minor issues, while providing clear explanations and practical advice on how to address them. Cameron's expertise and thoroughness during both inspections provided us with invaluable insights and peace of mind. For the pre-closing inspection, Cameron's detailed evaluation helped us catch a key issue that we were able to address with the builder before moving in. His in-depth report, complete with photos and actionable recommendations, ensured that our home was in top condition before we took ownership. As our one-year builder warranty is about to expire, we once again turned to Cameron for our final walk-through inspection. His careful examination identified a couple of small potential issues that could have easily been missed, allowing us to address them with the builder in time. Cameron's clear, thorough report gave us the confidence to navigate the final stages of our warranty. Throughout both experiences, Cameron was approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He patiently answered all our questions and took the time to explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand. His commitment to detail and customer satisfaction is impeccable and truly sets him apart. We highly recommend Cameron Vannor and CKC Home Inspection LLC to anyone looking for a top-quality home inspection, whether for a new build or an existing home. His expertise and dedication made a world of difference in our home-buying and warranty processes. We will DEFINITELY be keeping him on retainer. Paul & Keke Arthur read more

CKC Home Inspection provides timely, professional, courteous service, with competitive pricing. Cameron Vannor's expertise adds value that far exceeds the fee paid for the job. In addition to the regular home inspection, because the property was on the market "as-is", I also requested CKC complete mold, lead, termite, and radon inspections, which they finished in a single appointment. Cameron gave in-person feedback during the visit, and all inspection reports were emailed expeditiously. He also made an excellent recommendation for a master plumber to scope under-house plumbing for tree roots. Superb quality. Competitive pricing. Courteous, respectful service. Priceless value. Many thanks, CKC! read more

Cameron is an excellent home inspector. He is professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. My husband and I hired his company to complete a private inspection for our newly constructed home. Cameron conducted an in depth and thorough inspection & answered all of our questions. After completing his inspection, he emailed us a detailed report of the issues that he discovered. We then sent the builder a copy of this report & each of the problems were corrected. Cameron's home inspection gave us the peace of mind that we needed prior to closing day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality home inspection! We will use this company for all of our future home inspections. read more

CKC Home Inspection, inspected my New Construction. Did an excellent job, very thorough and detailed. As this was a new build I am glad he was able to inspect the inside structure prior to dry wall as he found multiple defects that needed attention from the Project manager that would otherwise went unnoticed and covered up by the dry wall, leaving the home structure not as secure for longevity. The final inspection report was detailed as well. I would definitely recommend CKC Home Inspection LLC for your home inspection new or existing home it's worth it and leaves you with a peace of mind while living in your home. read more

Such a pleasure doing business with! We are in the process of shopping for a home and we've used CKC 2x's to inspect homes we was interested in buying. Cameron is though and a good teacher. He informed us as being newbies in the home market things to look out for that we wouldn't have known prior to doing business with him. We would recommend any one to him because we believe you will be happy you did. Also his prices are fair, remember you get what you pay for so when making a big purchase such as a home, cutting corners is not what you wanna do. So using CKC is money well spent! read more

Thorough inspection! CKC Home inspection took their time to test water pressure, and appliances, light switches...etc. Found damage and items that needed correction that I had looked at but did not detect. Answered any and all questions during inspection and follow up questions after the report was completed. Add to that CKC did the termite and moisture inspection and you could not ask for a more complete home inspection. I definitely recommend CKC. read more

This is our first home and home inspection and Cameron was already at the property with snacks ready to go. He was very approachable and easy to follow along with. He took photos of every area inspected. The inspection seemed to be very thorough - not sure what I was supposed to look for but I didn't feel nor did it look like he missed anything. I also learned some things about the home as well. Thank you Cameron for such great service! Kerry Simon read more
