My review above and warning stands AS-IS. This house was re-sold recently after only 3 years living in it and sinking 30k+ on fixing most of the issues you missed. 30k we lost! Which includes the warped floor around the front door that was water damaged and which was clear to any actual qualified professional. The floor replacement was 12k alone since the floor was engineered and too old to be matched correctly so all the first floor hard wood needed to be replaced! I have your report and my wife and I remember clearly what your suggestion was for the problem floor, I wrote it on the report when you left "Just throw a rug over it" Or the suggestions for the deck which was just to drill a few more screws into the loose railing. Railing that fell over with ease which led to the installation of a new deck and more money lost! BTW A+ ratings on the BBB are not worth much IMO, it just means most people know next to nothing would come of a complaint and it's not worth the hassle especially since complaints are never posted in detail, I know the process very well and the results. Which is why reviewing is a much better course of action since the general public can read in detail the complaint and decide for themselves if doing business with the company involved is a wise decision. Which in your companies case, IMO, is not! It was a hard lesson learned. Inspectors are so generalized in their knowledge that money is better spent hiring separate specific contractors (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structure) to inspect the most important and expensive to repair aspects of a home. Cost more in the short term but saves you plenty in the long!
