We were told about a really nice jewelry shop in Lutz, Florida -- we're from New Port Richey so it's a bit surprising we hadn't already heard of the place. When we entered the store, we were greeted by Brianna. She gave us a tour of the shop and showed my wife many different pieces of jewelry ranging from earrings, necklaces, bracelets, and rings. The store has a great selection. I was able to convince my wife to at least get the earrings today. Maybe the necklace and/or the ring will be an upcoming Christmas present. I looked at some watches and maybe I'll get a watch in the future too. A very nice store, a very nice selection of jewelry and even some watches, and Brianna was a treat. She was very friendly and definitely made my wife feel comfortable (sometimes my wife gets shy in these settings). I strongly recommend Kiefer Jewelers.

They have a huge selection of Pokémon products, including sets that are almost impossible to find in stores these days. They're also really fair when buying Pokémon cards. My son recently sold part of his collection there and he was very happy with the offer he received. Zach is really great to deal with very honest and he knows his stuff. I don't just come to Arnold's for Pokémon. I've sold scrap gold there before too. I like that they show the live scrap gold price in their website so you know what to expect. They're one of the best family-owned jewelers I've been to. I also want to give a special thank you to Zach for the kindness and patience he showed my autistic daughter when she came in to sell/buy Pokémon cards. The sales associate, Molly, physically held the bracelet on my wrist to show the intended length, and based on that, I agreed to move forward. When I picked it up, it was still noticeably too loose and did not reflect what was shown to me or what I requested. When I reached out to have it corrected, I was told I would need to pay again for another resize. Charging a customer twice when the original request wasn't properly met is disappointing. At this point, it feels like the mistake was trusting Arnold Jewelers with something as straightforward as a resize.

I was going to give it to the grandson as its a nice durable watch. I went the day before showed them the watch type and they said replacing the battery would be no problem. I had already looked up on how to do it on google and it said that as long as you don't touch the coils it would be fine. I decided to leave it to the professionals. Well I drop it off the next day and they bang open the case, did not use a watch wrench scraping up the titanium back! They then inform me that it does not work once they install the battery, that they don't make the movement anymore and that was that. If they had had a watch wrench on hand and used it to open the thing ($7 on amazon $10 for a nice one), I might be inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt. As it is I am feeling like I could have done better!
