DO NOT TRUST!! I have had the worst experience doing business with Expect Resume Solutions that it is warranting this review. The owner of the company, Kelly Williams will NOT return my money in which she was quick to take and hesitant to provide the services promised. As noted on the website, the return for is 5-7 business day for a 2-page resume. I placed my order on 2 Jun and have yet to received a professional resume. I asked her what would be the turnaround for a professional resume on 2 June, she responded with the information below: "My apologies for the delay. My son wrapped up his school year this week, and it was a big "to do" with regards to handing in all his final materials and picking up what was left at the school. I have been assuming the role of full-time home school instructor the past few months -- glad that is over with! Answers to your questions below: What timeline can I expect for a product turnaround? I am operating on 5-7 business days right now. If you require rush processing you will incur an additional fee, but I can turn it around within three business days (+$100)." I paid for my services on the 2nd and after providing all requesting information on the same day and waiting 10 business days, I continuous had to reach out to her for a status via email and FB message. She was quick to provide every personal reason, other than the idea that she was incompetent, and the business is a fraud. After she assured me that my resume was complete twice and that she was only waiting on someone to QC it, when she sent me a draft (22 June) it was full of errors, grammatical errors and formatting issues. Again, I asked for my money to be returned and she didn't return any of my calls or emails. I mentioned several times that I was in a bind and needed a resume to apply for jobs that had deadlines. Issues with the draft she sent back: Company names missing from employment, dates of employment incorrect and a significant portion of the resume incomplete. This message is to help anyone interested in hiring this company for resume services. I wish I had read the reviews and I wish I had listened to other military members that had similar complaints about the company and their customer service. I rarely write on line reviews, and at 50 years old this is only the 2nd negative review I have ever written. I would not attack someone's livelihood without good reason. I am having a horrible experience with this company. I paid them $300 and have been emailing resume drafts back and forth. Weeks go by before they respond to each email, and their work is sloppy. There is no response to voicemails. I am at the point of wondering if I will ever get a usable resume out of them and about to seek out some sort of consumer protection bureau to attempt to get a refund. read more
