I have been renting items from here over the years. I first worked with them when I was re-finishing my table and my sander broke. I was able to rent one from them last minute to finish the job, which was way better then going out to buy new equipment. They are great for items you might use once a year and don't want to own. For example, I have gotten tiller here as well. They are very courteous and professional. My daughter's first birthday is coming up and I look forward to going there for anything I would like to rent for the party. read more

We rented tables, linens, chairs, and a frame tent with lighting for our son's graduation party. I made changes after the initial order, and again the day of the party. All changes were handled with courtesy and understanding. All the chairs were spotless, as were the linens. The stand-up cafe tables with the linens they suggested added a nice touch to the party seating. Tables were very sturdy. We had many compliments on our party venue (our back yard) which had never looked prettier! Delivery and set-up were exactly as anticipated and described. We rented a the castle bouncy house for a birthday party with 10 boys 8-9 year olds. They had a blast! The staff was friendly and flexible. We had a Monday party since school was off, so they moved our return day to Tuesday no charge. We never would have made it back in time Monday before closing since the kids did not want to stop bouncing. I would rent from here again. read more

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. These idiots canceled on us 3 weeks before our wedding telling us that we hadn't reserved anything even though we had been working with them for months. They told us we had not paid our deposit, which we had NOT ONCE been told anything about. Not even a single courtesy call or email to tell us to let us know they were going to book everything out from underneath us. When we went in for a final confirmation they were insanely rude about it. After that royal screwjob we did some more investigation to find out thy have multiple complaints logged against them through the Better Business Bureau and every rental place we spoke with said that they would never recommend them to anyone. My wife and I rented our place settings and tables and table cloths, along with the power inverter to supply power for our sound system, and many other things for our wedding in October 2017. Taylor Rental was the best vendor we dealt with and was patient with us as we made several changes to our order. They were so easy going and friendly, the price was great, and the service superb. I heartily recommend them and am trying to invent projects just to have a reason to go back, to rent from them again. That may sound like hyperbole but again, they were far and away the best vendor we dealt with for our wedding. read more

Just want to add to my original review that i have photos of the holes and copies of the complaints to the BBB. Taylor Rental still refused to take responsibility for their inferior products and horrible excuse of customer service. Instead they try to inflate their own ratings here on yelp by posting their own review to lash out at folks that have truly had a bad experience with them. Had nothing but a bad experience renting one table and some chairs. They gave me a hard time about the truck I was using to pick up the table for info me to buy straps that he just loosely put over the top of the table. I got the table out of the truck without removing the straps. Not to mention the unprofessionalism. I could go on forever about my experience but over all it was just awful. read more

Two star only for couriudious ×$!+ing. Mind you this all happened between 8:40 am and 11:30 am so its not like i got the job done or even close .Rented a brush saw. Returned it after 1.5 hours of use. Was there largest which i needed as i have a next step down at home already and needed the right tool for the job honestly. Was given"comprable model ". Gave them the benifit of the dought returned home 3 minutes later returned it. Explaining ill wait until the larger one was repair .a week two weeks or a month however long . Was told no. Asked even too be credited half day rental and will just wait for a call . Was told no. Told the counter person i want the machine i walked out with with the metal guard and larger higher rpm motor told no. He said "ill credit you for some of today but youll have too rent the machine for another day as we do not have half day rentals on this machine. Doses that seem resonable public . Not here . I live just a short distance from this rental center about 3.5 mile between the three trips thats what 10 miles 10 minutes listening too milarkey, and 80 minutes back and forth all for what an unreasonable request too wait on the brushcuter i walked out with for another half day at there choosing . Rent elsewhere. Totaly unreasonable with customer service. Never again . Wish i could add a photo of the weed wacker they tried too pawn off in place of the first model, definatly took pictures of the two units seeing how todays buisnesses run.And definatly taking the time too complain too betterbuissness just cause. They did however remind me too take the blade i purchace for the first machine . So gracious , thats sarcasum realy rent elsewhere forget about supporting small buissness in your area at least this one. A wasted day read more

I rented a piece of equipment for 4 hours and once I got it home it did not work properly at all. I brought it back to exchange and they gave me no hassles at all about it. Also, because it was already so close to closing time the gentleman let me return it whenever I could the next day. They made very good on the error. read more

Would not ever consider this place. Called to inquire more about chargers and asked to create a contract over the phone to hold them because they said they had them available for the weekend of my event. They said that I would be better off going to the store to create the contract. I drove an hour the next day to look at the Chargers and do the contract only to find out they had no chargers available for that weekend. Waste of time and gas. read more
