We didn't have an appointment and they were able to take us right away. Luis immediately took us back. Now I have to say, I have seen him get a haircut many times and it usually takes under 10 minutes. Luis was a perfectionist and spent so much time making sure everything was perfect. He is absolutely one of the best barbers I have ever had. He is always attentive and listens and asks exactly what you want, so you will never be disappointed. The barbershop is well decorated and feels like you're almost in a lounge. I'm a new mom this was the only salon that had a last minute opening near me and I had waited 4 months to treat myself to a nice trim. No shampoo. No massage. The cut was done dry and then semi wet. He kept asking me if I could see what he was doing and kept tugging my hair from the root while combing (extremely painful) Even though my hair is very long I was not asked to stand. The barber cut in a way where all my beautiful face framing layers were destroyed. I now have just an upside U in the back. None of my layers were preserved and I have a ton of unaddressed split ends in the front He was nice with a positive attitude(hence 2 stars instead of one) If you're a woman, please please go elsewhere and save your hair. After leaving I checked myself in my camera, and came to tears seeing how my long hair had been hacked up to the most bland and ugly cut you could imagine. I will be wearing my hair up for the next couple months and will never return again. Update: I went to another salon to get it fixed today and they were appalled by how uneven the cut was.
