I hired Expert Carpet Cleaning last summer to clean our living room carpet. It is a high end custom carpet with black and white blue. Steve (owner) did an excellent job in getting all the carpet clean while keeping the black from fading and keeping the white bright. he was able to get some old stains out as well. it looks amazing. Steve and his worker were great. When I called to make appointment he got me scheduled within a week. I had a 10am appointment and he was there right at 10am. After waiting 4 days and taking an off from my work for my appointment, he came my house, and he said he doesn't want to clean and gone. No explanation. Very unprofessional company. Steve with Expert Carpet Care cleaned 3 large area rugs (2 of which were white) and a white couch (which had a blue jean dye stain on it.). He did a great job! The carpets look brand new and the stain came out of the couch. We had another carpet cleaning company try to remove the blue jean stain and they were unsuccessful. UPDATE!!! We've had our carpet cleaned a few times by Steve, the Expert Carpet Cleaning business owner. Today was our 4th or 5th carpet cleaning. Now, I need to point out that our carpets were FILTHY (embarrassingly so) due to 3 girls under 3 years old, 2 pups, and general life dirt and FL sand. Today, Steve showed up 10 minutes early (he personally cleans your carpet and had always been on time, not once ever late), and did an AMAZING job on our very low quality/builder grade carpet. It looks, and very importantly FEELS, fluffy, clean and good as new, even in our 3 year old home. I would also like to add that Steve was VERY patient with us today. We had our house cleaners in, and they were taking longer than normal in the last room he needed to clean carpets. Not only did he VERY patiently wait, but he was very understanding and nice about the inconvenience to him. This is something I try to avoid as to respect an owner's business but it was unexpected & unavoidable today, and he took it in stride. I would in no way suggest putting a business in this situation, but he was professional and friendly about it, 110%. In the next 2 weeks, we are going to do a tile grout cleaning, so I will update again. We don't hope to expect the best, because we KNOW we will get the best experience and care, every single time we hire Expert Carpet Cleaning. Thanks again, Steve! read more
