I am very disappointed with my experience with ExperiGreen. I called the call center on 8/23/25 after my yard had already been treated twice in August with no improvement in the weeds. I specifically requested a callback before any further treatment was done. Nobody called me back until 9/16/25, nearly a month later. When I finally received a call from 317-552-2179, the gentleman first told me there was no note to call me back. Toward the end of the call, he admitted he saw that I had requested a follow-up but dismissed it by saying the customer service team is overwhelmed and probably forgot to schedule my callback. That may be true, but as the company, it is your responsibility to take accountability. It is not my weight to bear as the customer. To make matters worse, the gentleman on the phone was unprofessional. He repeatedly talked over me, was not interested in hearing my concerns, and focused on defending the call center instead of resolving my issue. He even tried to shift the blame by citing how far away the call center is, as though that should matter to me. In the end, he hung up on me. I did not curse or attack him in any way, I only wanted my concerns addressed. At this point, I have lost confidence in the service. If two treatments in four weeks have not worked and the company cannot follow up or handle a callback respectfully, then something is broken in both the service and the customer care process. I have pictures from today that show the weeds are still a problem. This message is being shared publicly because I hope someone in leadership will finally step up, take accountability, and resolve this situation. read more

Since ExperiGreen bought Lawn Medic, the service has gone downhill. I am being charged for a service that I told the technician I didn't order. After a pest application, my plants have died, and my yard has progressively looked worse through the season. I've emailed to cancel my account and dispute charges. I was told I had to call to cancel. When I called to cancel, I was put on hold. I'm feeling like a hostage to this company that does terrible work. It has been weeks since ExperiGreen said they would contact me. To date I have not been contacted. Instead they came and "treated" my lawn. The technician NEVER went to the back of the house. So now ExperiGreen is charging me for a service I have been trying to cancel for over a month AND not even doing the full service! Stay far away from this company. They are scam artists. read more

We used them last year for services. They missed us twice and went months between services. They came out till December well after grass . We had to call multiple times due to person coming out saying they saw no weeds just so they could be treated. We did overseeding and followed all the directions. The grass never got any better. They also rolled over our services without us knowing and continued to charge us. read more

I've used them for 3 years, but no longer. Treatment and lawn care service has been good for the most part but I noticed that they slipped extra charges and applications on my service agreement. The first time I noticed I was issued a refund, all good, just took some time reaching out. 1 year later they did the same thing again! No refund this time. So I recently got recommendation from my friend to get my lawn care services from ExpriGreen and I called them. I got connected with Eric Anderson and it was pleasure talking to him. He explained every aspect of lawn care and most importantly listened to my needs the best part of the conversation was that he connected with me on personal level I felt like I was talking to a friend and not to a person who tried selling me services. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This is probably the most professional company I have ever dealt with. READ AND BELIEVE ALL OF THE RATINGS!! In the beginning of July 2019 I heard a knock at the door at our home in Fishers, IN and it was a supervisor for Experigreen named Vince. He offered a one time weed treatment for $19 plus tax for our lawn. I told him only if he (Vince) himself did the treatment the next day. We did not sign anything or agree to any additional services because we were selling our home and made it clear we only wanted one treatment to try the company out, and to take them up on the $19 special for the one time treatment. Vince agreed and my wife saw him quickly and poorly treat the yard. She even spoke with him stating he missed sections of our lawn with the treatment. He claimed he'd get them but left as soon as she went in the house. A week later our green lawn with a couple weeds was burnt and brown and the weeds were alive and well. I called Vince and the main office to complain about the state of my lawn. Vince came over the next day and apologized and offered more treatments. I firmly declined and said my lawn is in much worse shape and I'm trying to sale my home. I told him we would not use the company again and he left. My home sold and we closed and gave keys to the new home owners on July 26th 2019. I mailed my check for payment on my one time weed treatment of $21.35 on 7/11/19. Experigreen cashed my payment on 7/19/19. Out of know where I received a collection notice on 10/29/19 to my new home in Washington state saying we owe $92.02 to Experigreen. I called them immediately to be told we continued to receive 3 more treatment thru 9/2019. I explained in detail what happened and they said there was nothing that could be done. I requested Vince the supervisor I spoke with in July when I complained and canceled to please contact me back to clear this billing error up since he is the only person we spoke with and there was nothing in writing to reference because we never signed or agreed to anything beyond the one treatment we paid for and cancelled. No one called me back and I received another collection notice on 11/11/19. I called and requested a supervisor and was told I could only speak with the rep on the phone and there was no supervisor to speak with. I explained what happened again and said I requested a call from Vince and was then told Vince was not with the company anymore and I had to pay the bill. I explained it wasn't my home anymore during those treatments, I did not agree or sign anything and I requested proof of Experigreen claiming someone verbally agreed over the phone. I was told they would send it by the next day. To date I've not received any proof but have continued to call three more times and told the same false statement that they would provide me proof via email and a promise to call me the next day. I received the additional notices on 11/25/19, 12/9/19 and 12/23/19. The last two times I called I spoke with Chelsea on 12/6/19 and supposedly a manager named Dusty on 12/17/19 who raised her voice several times arguing with me and hung up on me. I have not been provided any proof verbally or written that we agreed to further treatments. Additionally, I have never received a call back from anyone per my request at Experigreen. I am requesting audio proof that I verbally agreed over the phone as Chelsea and Dusty have claimed. They both stated they would send it to my email and all I've received is collection notices stating my account is delinquent. I'd like something in writing stating we have a zero balance as our proof to ensure we have documentation in case Experigreen attempts to place this on my credit. If I owed them money and agreed to the services I'd happily pay what is due however that is not the case and this is a complete scam. read more

This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY EVER!! This stuff doesn't work on your grass. I have called several times to tell them to cancel the service, and they kept sending people to treat my yard with their crappy products anyway. THEIR PRODUCTS DO NOT WORK. MY GRASS LOOKS TERRIBLE. I've gotten 3 bills since cancellation. This company is a nightmare. I ended up having to higher another company because I had crickets in my backyard that they were suppose to get rid of which they did not. My grass also looks like crap. I've expressed this to them several times. They said that they canceled and sent out more parole to apply applications that still didn't work on my grass. This company is a scam!! I initially received a recommendation to use ExperiGreen from a landscaper friend. Was told their value, and quality couldn't be beat. I have had multiple weeding/feeding treatments this summer, and multiple pest control applications this summer, however. My initial contact was with Andrew, a sales rep. Be basically told me what I wanted to hear, to get me to sign on, only to find out later on, he basically lied. I was promised a specific price, which was to include pest control. It did not. I spoke with a different rep, who got me in contact with the owner, who after a healthy discount, was able to add in the pest control and retain my business. Fast forward a month, I get a call about scheduling to spray for mosquitoes. I figure, well I don't want those, find out it's another service, and fee. Which I did not purchase. Fast forward another month, I get a call that its time to schedule for a grub treatment, cant have grubs. It is yet another service they are offering for sale, which I did not buy. Fast forward a month, its time to schedule for aeration and seeding, at an additional cost..... See where I'm going with this. Now, as far as the treatments, I have seen a dramatic reduction in clover, dandelions, and weeds. I'd hope so after all I've paid them. The pest control is useless, after multiple applications, I still see ants, spiders, and now black crickets everywhere. I'd call them to complain, but I'm sure it's just another service I have to pay for. Lastly, the tech. Darren seems like a nice guy, he has respected my distance during Covid, which I appreciate. However, this guy sends a notification that he will be performing service at my home the next day, and then just doesn't show. This has happened in the past, requiring a reschedule, and a call to corporate, this time however, he has missed two appointments this week. I called into the office to find out if my tech was indeed coming out today. I was told he was not. I have decided to cancel my services with ExperiGreen and will choose another service to finish out my treatments. read more

Be careful! These people are only out here for your money. Wouldn't stop coming after my 1st "trial" treatment, even though I requested for them to STOP... and now I'm stuck with several bills from them! I've called and the customer service is awful. I was hung up on and experienced a call with a very rude representative. Not only that, after all those yard treatments, the yard STILL looks like it did the very 1st day. Everyone at Experigreen has gone above & beyond to provide 5-Star service, & I am a hard-to-please customer. That ranges from the first gentleman I reached who is (technically) retired but happened to be checking in at the office after hours so enrolled me in their program according to my custom needs & within budget, to Cody providing phone support to add a service later, then Michael the State of Indiana certified technician who walked the lawn with me to ensure my customized treatment was properly completed, & most especially Kenna in the office. Each & all of them were professional, knowledgeable, efficient yet patient, thorough, pleasant & friendly. I've worked with four other brand name lawn care companies over the past almost 30 years in this home but the lawn had been let go the past several years so it's challenging. ExperiGreen exceeds all the other companies in every respect so far & quickly resolved a minor paperwork matter that arose. They have earned another loyal customer and I recommend them without hesitation. read more

There chemicals are very lacking in killing weeds. I made an agreement with one of their managers about aerating my front lawn only at a reduced price, but was charged a full price because the supervisor had failed to write it down on his records. Their aerator machine leaves a great deal to be desired. I had to hire another company to redo the aeration on my lawn. This company does substandard work. read more

After about 3 years of trying to maintain the lawn myself I finally admitted defeat and decided to get someone who actually knows what they are doing to help me! The search was easy and thanks to all of the other positive reviews, ExperiGreen was the choice for me. Within a couple of hours of submitting a request for more information, they contacted me to give me a detailed breakdown of the services they provide and what to expect. Two days later, someone was at the house, assessing the situation, and applying fertilizer and weed spray. Despite the later start in the growing season, I was able to get set up with 4 treatments, including an early winter application which will help give my lawn the energy it needs to get 2019 off to a great start. In addition to the great service, the website is easy to use! Prepaying in advance helps to save money and you can schedule all sorts of additional services like aerating and seeding. I highlight recommend ExperiGreen! For the cost of their services, I am easily coming out even or possibly slightly ahead based on how much money I've spent trying to take care of the lawn myself (and still managing to kill grass and let weeds get the best of me) read more
