It doesn't even feel like working out half the time because I'm having so much fun, but trust me, I get quite the workout. I've lost a ton of weight, feel amazing, and have gained a lot of friendships with the amazing people who dance there too. With the first class being free, why haven't you given it a try yet? Nothing worked until I came to Magda's Pharonik Pilates and put in the work. Didn't know at the time but Magda herself struggled with back pain after the birth of her firstborn. But pilates worked for her and has worked for me. Can't say enough about her dedication and professionalism to the craft. I'm so thankful that I have found a natural way to make my back feel so much better. Today, I'm lighter, stronger, healthier, and pain-free!

If you're looking for a top notch pilates studio this is the place for you. It is an elegant, spotless, friendly studio with supportive, highly skilled instructors dedicated to helping you strengthen, lengthen and tone. All of the group classes at Pilates Plus are very challenging, but in a good way because you leave the studio feeling amazing and accomplished. All the instructors are fabulous- very attentive and extremely knowledgable. Class size is small, which is wonderful because you really receive that extra attention so you can perfect your form. I feel very fortunate to be a student at Pilates Plus. They will push you hard, but the results are great. When I am out of town for school, I try to find nearby pilates/barre studios. Thanks to Pilates Plus, I feel ahead of the game at other studios! If a barre or pilates class at Pilates Plus can't tone your body, I'm not sure what else will! I Highly recommend barre, pilates, and yoga at Pilates Plus!

I have been to other places that force the kids to learn the techniques and have zero fun doing it. My daughter who was told she was not "disciplined" enough (at 2 btw) for ballet, is truly enjoying the experience of learning and during her most recent recital I was so happy she seemed to really enjoy herself and did so well! As a parent I enjoy the none judgemental, "we are all parents here trying to give happiness to our kids", vibes. I also appreciate I am not nickeled and dimed for every costume and extra nonsense that a lot of other studios offer. I have dropped the ball a few times and Jen is so on top of it for me and provides me with what I need to help my daughter continue to have fun. She communicates well and answers my emails instantly most of the time. Full disclosure, I am not a dance, make-up, and pretty dress kind of mom- I am generally a pretty awkward person because of it, and yet I am supported just the same. I enjoy having their support, and encouragement. I am happy my daughter enjoys her time there

The owner, Jess Taylor has been my Pilates instructor nearly 4 years. After more orthopedic surgeries than I care to post, it is because of her knowledge, experience and caring approach to her clients, that I can do absolutely everything that I love to do in a body that is strong and balanced even with all the new parts. She has taught me how my body is supposed to work mechanically and how to optimize what I do and how I do it to keep it working that way. My daughter and my friends have equally benefited from the good that happens working with Jess. So happy she's in the hood now - can't wait to try out all the fun new classes at the Ground too!!
