They follow-up. They listen. The price was right. I didn't stand over their shoulders on the big day, but I spied on them throughout the job and I am thoroughly impressed by their craftsmanship and eye to quality. Our new steps and additional space look great and is solid quality work. They left the site spic and span. They even followed-up with a phone call later that night to check on our satisfaction and to thank us. We have plenty of projects around the house on our list and we will be using Santa's Little Helpers again. Highly recommend.

I requested they replace 2 ceiling fans. They would not give me their price over the phone, he has to come out to see the job. So regrettably I paid their $50 fee. He comes out to look at the job and his written estimate took a week to receive. Ultimately his price to install each ceiling fan was $250, $500 for both. I have had other ceiling fans installed (at different homes) and the going rate is about $150. I think his estimate is unreasonably high. I messaged them to tell them that I would not be using them for that reason. I also requested a refund of the $50 which they refused to issue. So beware!!!! Don't make my mistake!!!!

Did the job but tried to overcharge and also used item I had purchased to do the work. Didn't give me a quote on the rest of the work I wanted done, major things such as new floor and vanity replacement, and when it was over told me only then he didn't take credit cards, wanted cash and 'take it off my credit card'. When i refused, surprised that anyone professional didn't take credit cards or tell a customer price and payment beforehand, his friend wanted me to write a check to CASH. When i objected, relented and gave me his name, not Brill Plumbing. Didn't put the knobs on the toilet. Used my floor tiles to 'lift' the toilet. When I called about the knobs, the man who answered the phone sounded completely oblivious to what had happened and I have to think it was a different man with his friend that showed up and acted so horribly. Never again. One of the worst experiences of my life with any 'professional'.

Ended up hiring him for more projects I"ve neglected. I'm a retired disabled veteran and am proud to say I have a new man to call that is very dependable.
