This place is really fun and really cool. It has been showcased in many travel shows and Sasquatch and cryptids shows, either on YT or podcasts, as well as regular cable networks. The museum is small but it is full of great information. It is true that any of the evidence here could be fabricated and false, but what if it is real? I have not seen any Big Foot, but I have had other experiences that are similar, and for that reason I cannot say this is fake. I don't know if this place will make you a believer or an investigator, but there are plenty of resources here to get won your way. Definitely worth a visit.

It was a fun experience for my family. My son loves a good mystery. They had some displays that we enjoyed, including the audio recordings and movies. It was reasonably priced and memorable.

A fun and entertaining little museum! My partner and I decided to stop by, and we had a great time exploring the exhibits and watching part of the documentary they were playing. The perfect inexpensive indoor activity if it's too hot or rainy outside!

During the Fourth of July we visited here. Tons of people were here. Parking lot was full of cars. We spent 20-30 minutes inside after purchasing our tickets. Lots of kids. Free parking. Restrooms inside of museums.

I added it to my travel list but honestly it was a one and done deal. It was short and okay. My bf wasn't too interested he said it was boring. I liked it cause the items. Cute place to take photos and buy souvenirs.

I came here just out of pure curiosity. Every time I'm driving in North Georgia, I'm like "I wonder what is in there". Well, I finally went and honestly, was pretty surprised by what they had inside. It's just $9, so if you're in the area and wanted to add something in, I would add this. It's cute and a tad bit hysterical but I was really here to have a good time and ease my curiosity. The 2ft excretion piece was probably the most shocking and the highlight for me, lol.

Interesting museum with evidence of sightings and first-hand accounts throughout! Definitely worth checking out!

We heard about this place from some coworkers & being Bigfoot documentary/movie/podcast connoisseurs ourselves, we just had to visit & it did not disappoint. It looks exactly the way I pictured it should look, both outside & inside. The employees were friendly & kind. The museum is bigger on the inside than we expected & very well done. I loved how they even incorporated giants & giant bones, which is a "Bigfoot adjacent" topic. We took it all in & at the end, bought lots of souvenirs for ourselves & other "believing" family members. Such a great place!

We had a really fun time looking at artifacts, reading the legends and stories. Lots of things to see. Staff were very nice. Some things were compelling info on the Sasquatch. A must do if in the area.

This place is AMAZING!!! I loved it and employees are nice. Lots of pictures, videos, and sounds to explore for everyone. Not to mention history to look at with all the cameras, and old equipment used back in the day to capture sounds. All the old equipment donated is astonishing to look at, and just take in. I enjoyed and appreciated what was offered and gift shop is AWESOME!!! I highly advise stopping by and checking it out. I will definitely return!!!

I am a Bigfoot fanatic!! Every time I drive through North Georgia I hit Expedition Bigfoot. I just love it and I'm in my 40's. It's a fun place to visit and they have a great gift shop for the Bigfoot enthusiasts. Tons of fun!

OMG THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!! We came up here for a friends-giving in a cabin and we HAD TO COME HERE! I would never think this place was in Georgia and I'm totally a believer! It's so awesome here!! They have movies and lots of exhibits providing evidence and lure. I came with 3 more people, and we had so much fun!! Tickets weren't expensive, and the gift shop is super cool! I definitely bought quite a few items hehe. We'd certainly recommend and probably even come back again even if we're in the area! Very cool!!

Situated in the town of Cherry log, right next the Rich Mountain Wilderness where sightings of the yeti, Sasquatch or the Big Foot have been made the same way around the world is this museum that provides all the evidence to draw your own conclusions. The facts appear undisputed. Recordings of the creature, video footage, and even DNA. It's all here. I believe!

You pay the admission fee ($10/person) for unlimited free plays on your choice of several pinball machines. It was fun, I guess, but I basically put pinball in the same category as putt putt: it makes me angry & want to curse. Am I that horrible at pinball or are these machines rigged to make you lose after only a few seconds of play? Who knows. So I thought I was going into one of those unique, niche museums, where it would tell about the history of pinball machines, maybe have some original or replica precursors to pinball machines... you catch my American Pickers vibe here? Maybe have some pinball machines you could play at the end. But nope. This is basically an arcade. I attempted to play enough to get my $10 worth & judging by my gritted teeth when I walked out, I think I succeeded. So I took some deep breaths of fresh air & admired their pretty flowers outside the "museum" while I waited on the rest of my group. It's fine as long as you know what you're getting.

I wish the museum was more focused on the history of Cherokee County and selected the better items to be showcased. It seemed junky with random donated old items of family members. Storyboards upstairs would be helpful. Now, the first floor provides information and artifacts on the Cherokee History that they had before the Trail of Tears. Plenty of seating at their outdoor amphitheater. Exhibits have many interactive stations for kids. Our visit superceded my expectations. They have their own parking lot as well. Btw, I wasn't sure if they would be open because of the snow, so I sent a message on Instagram, not expecting a reply the day, but I got a reply in less than five minutes. I was over the moon. This place is absolutely amazing and so much fun for both kiddos and parents! Since we stayed at a nearby hotel, we walked about a block to the museum but there is plenty of parking available behind the building but I am not sure about the cost. We arrived just as they opened and the staff member that assisted us was super sweet and because it was my son's birthday, she gifted him with free admission which was a huge win for our budget. As soon as walked into the actual museum, the first thing my kiddos saw was the water area which of course the only thing they wanted to play with. The water area is setup in a way that kids can play with toys, learn about water conservation, build bridges, and have a wonderful time prior to getting into the nitty gritty of all the museum has to offer. They have aprons so my kiddos weren't drenched but just know that area gets a bit congested. There are sooooo many things to do from art to a robot car build and challenge to playing musical instruments. There is also a fun little outdoor space with a cool play area, fun artwork, and games. We had sooooo much fun and it is truly a wonderful place to try and learn new things. There is also an area for the tinier ones where they can "ride a tractor", take care of bunnies (stuffed of course), set the dinner table, cook, and do other household chores. I mean there is soooooo much to do and so much fun to be had. I cannot recommend this place enough and I promise by the time your leave, the kiddos will definitely have a blast as will you!

This place was quite the glimpse into our state's past. There's enough here to make any history buff happy--a wonderful educational experience for all ages, with an interpretive center that is rich with information. The house is a very nicely restored Mansion once owned by a Cherokee Chief, James Vann. Construction on the house was completed in 1804. The "Friends of the Chief Vann House" take a great deal of pride in their restoration efforts, and there are plenty of volunteers around during the candle-light tour to clue you in on history and trivia about the occupants. They don't seem to pull any punches when talking about the Trail of Tears, and how the Cherokee were treated back then. Vann House was working plantation with slaves, so there is also a good deal of information about the treatment of the estate's slaves, getting down to some history on specific individuals. The amount of research that has been done on the Vann House is impressive. They also have "Vann House Days" during the summer. And the site is not far from New Echota Historic Site. Next time we'll visit both when we're in the area. Holler if you're coming with.
