The are right next door to LEGO. Note: they are not as large as the used to be, but there are dressing rooms. The pop up has underwear, bras, bralettes, sleep wear, and lounge wear. There is a couch for the family members that came along to shop and aren't interested in purchasing. The associates are helpful and friendly. The place is well kept and organized. I am so happy that Gilly Hicks is back in a separate location!

I would give this store a negative 5 if I could…read more Monica, you are the owner of this store, and you should be fully aware of how your employees are treating customers. Is it really store policy to bang on a customer's door literally 10 seconds after their money runs out? Within approximately 15 seconds, an employee was yanking on the door handle, opening the door, and yelling and screaming at the customer. That behavior was completely unnecessary, intimidating, and unacceptable. I'm not sure what the legality is regarding harassment and invasion of privacy while a customer is inside a private booth, but this situation absolutely needs to be looked into. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and given a reasonable amount of privacy. Monica, do better.

He'll even participate and set up a booth at the conventions or expos if he can, like Kawaii Kon, Comic Con, Hawaii's Collector's Expo, and Collector Megalopolis (hosted in the Pearlridge Malls)! Talk about nostalgic! He has pretty much anything and everything you could think of if you're looking for old retro games and consoles! You name it, he's probably got it! We went there looking for a bunch of PS2 games last Saturday around lunchtime. I think we spent almost a whole hour at his tent just finding a whole bunch of games! He's kind and thorough to check to make sure the games are in good playable condition and makes sure the controllers and consoles work too! He even gets Japanese games in every now and then (he sometimes has the consoles too like the Nintendo DSi)! I found me a nice rare Japanese game that I never thought I would get here in Hawaii (since not too many people know of it)! I thought I would have to get it in Japan again. It really depends on what he gets. He'll post on his Instagram whenever he gets new stuff in and they go quickly so follow him @retromax_hawaii to get the latest updates! He's really great at responding to messages too! Super nice guy! He just got a whole container of stuff while we were shopping at his tent at the swap meet and he was kind enough to let us look through them when they just got there! Go check him out!
