Kept putting doubtful ideas in my head making me think I was just wasting her precious time. I contacted them a 2nd time to just get transportation advice and the lady looked at me like I was a stupid person. Like "why are you here, go away". Plain and simple there very rude people. I'd rather use Expedia anyday and do all of my booking online. Don't waste your time with these jerky people.

Do not use this travel agency. My elderly parents purchased tickets from here several times and the…read moreemployees knew them by first name. My father became seriously ill and is no longer allowed to travel due to chemotherapy treatments. This agency refused to refund my parents even after providing them with a doctor's letter indicating that he was no longer able to travel. Veronica yelled at my mother over the phone to never step foot in the agency again. Spend your money elsewhere, where employees and owners value their customers. This agency should be ashamed of treating people this way.

I looked on all the online sites to find cheap airline tickets and found some reasonable prices. Then, I decided to call this place, Multiviajes Gutierrez. The owner worked with me, was extremely flexible with all of my requests (which changed several times), and was very prompt in answering and assisting me. The best thing was that she was able to find even cheaper tickets and saved me close to $100. I will definitely use this location again (did I mention I did this all by phone and e-mail). Very accommodating!

He helped everyone on and off the bus, held doors open (even in the pouring rain) handled everyone's luggage, even holding our carry ons so they wouldn't get wet on the pavement. We had music and movies playing and Jimmy even tolerated our singing! There is something I would request from the company ...for long trips such as ours, you need to have cup holders and trays installed!! Plus your seats are not meant for long distance trips. They were pretty uncomfortable. My 5 stars that I gave your company goes to our driver Jimmy!
