The whole process was very stress free and they gave us a lot of communication. We regularly look at the pictures in the window for new houses that are for rent and sale. They are shown very clearly and have lots of details. The staff are very friendly and are happy to spend time with you discussing what places you are looking for etc.

You have to see this guy to believe him and appreciate the ability he has to cut the crap from Estate Agenting, or whatever the hell you call it, and get right to the brass-tacks. If the place he's selling you is a dump that's exactly what he'll call it, but on the other hand his humour, honesty and utterly un-PC approach will have you buying it anyway before you realize what's happening. RB's website has to be experienced - not just visited! Oh no you have to sit down for this one, and make sure you have a drink in your hand, cos you'll need it! You can bet that Ralph had a few before he wrote it too the scamp! Who else on Earth could get away with describing a place as 'Smooth as a bishop's ball-bag' or 'Characterful as a vegetarian's fart'? No-one that's who no-one at all! Another recent sales pitch goes like this: 'Heavily used two bedroom terrace house just off the centre of town. Classically designed and then royally rodgered!' Unbelievable! P.S. Ralph gave me a Ralph Bending Extate Agents pen when I last visited yep you guessed it it revealed a nudie Ralph when you turned it upside down! The guy just isn't right in the head! But he's the only estate agent you can shake hands with and not imagine yourself throwing him through a window!

There was a cottage that looked a little dul and dingy it read Home for Shrek and Fiona A perfect little cave for some newly weds You have to laugh but if i owned that house I would be very worried about Ralp Banding selling it!! There is also a property section in the local paper and the adverts are the same as in the shop window very very honest! I haven't actualy been inside and asked for details on a property but i would like to just to see if they give you a sales talk or just joke around!

Whether you are looking for somewhere to buy or to rent, these are the boys to talk to. They are situated a bit out of the way over the infamous bridge in Taunton but well worth a visit if you want to sell or buy a house. Commission good value but great value as they get the result you want. Good communication, good looking and colourful boards outside property. In the current climate if you have a regular house to sell go to these people and you will have the best chance possible. Good luck.

She seemed very pleasant and professional and gave us great confidence that they would do everything possible to sell our home quickly. However, once we'd signed on the dotted line we never heard from them not even once. There was a bit of newspaper and internet advertising, but not a single follow up phone call, not a single letter or email, just complete silence from then on. Our own phone calls and emails were ignored. We also had terrible trouble getting back our own (paid for) home energy report. In fact, it took a whole year of repeated written and verbal requests to retrieve it. (We therefore marketed our home with a different company in 2011 with frequent telephone contact and friendly helpful staff who kept in touch with us on a regular basis. We also achieved a sale in 7 weeks from start to finish)

Any lettings in the Rhoose are dealt with by the lettings staff member who is based in the main Barry office. The service is friendly and personal. They make a real effort to get to know their customers. The staff rotate between the two offices and that way the partners (mother and son-in-law) keep an eye on things and also get to know exactly what's happening to the market at both locations.
