We had the opportunity to use Team Martinchek to both sell our home and purchase a new one. They were there for us every step of the way and their communication was unmatched. They honestly treated us like family and were always available to answer any questions or handle our concerns. Even when our inspection report came back with unknown issues on the home we were selling, their marketing resources allowed us to close on time with an offer for $20,000 over asking price! On both houses, we were recipients of their Frontline Heroes program and were able to qualify for a rebate off of their commission for selling our home and also a rebate on the new home we bought! Finally, when we closed on both homes (on the same day), they went the extra mile and provided resources to help with moving. Honestly, I can't recommend Team Martinchek enough and I was thrilled with the experience I had working with all three of them!

We passed on the property during the due diligence stage, and then she later sent me a letter that I had a legal binding contract. She denied knowing that we passed on the property. I sent her a picture of when she removed the pending status online at day four of our due diligence so clearly she got the message. iMessage to pass on the property was clearly delivered to her text messages and she responded After I called her out for her lies and corruption she then said I was a stupid person and was glad that I would not be living in her area. She is a horrible excuse, Julie, for a real estate agent, and I am filing a complaint with the border realtors. I have everything to back up this complaint in writing otherwise it would be illegal for me to write this if it was not true !!!!! Beware of Julie that is her real name. She's going by now.
