As a "heads up" for anyone buying or selling property. This realtor refused to honor a buy and sell agreement. The buyer put down a $2000 earnest deposit, then strung us along for weeks, then pulled out of the deal the day before closing! They should have forfeited the earnest money but refuse to pay!
