He listen to all of our must-have's for a property and found one within a week. We ended up closing on the property within 30 days! Roger was very patient and answered all my questions. He had to answer a lot of questions because it was a foreclosure home and he worked well with the listing agent and the title company which did the closing. He was very quick to reply via phone calls, texts, and emails. We even did a remote closing. I would definitely recommend Roger as a buyer or sellers agent in the future!!

We had the opportunity to use Team Martinchek to both sell our home and purchase a new one. They were there for us every step of the way and their communication was unmatched. They honestly treated us like family and were always available to answer any questions or handle our concerns. Even when our inspection report came back with unknown issues on the home we were selling, their marketing resources allowed us to close on time with an offer for $20,000 over asking price! On both houses, we were recipients of their Frontline Heroes program and were able to qualify for a rebate off of their commission for selling our home and also a rebate on the new home we bought! Finally, when we closed on both homes (on the same day), they went the extra mile and provided resources to help with moving. Honestly, I can't recommend Team Martinchek enough and I was thrilled with the experience I had working with all three of them!

We had been vacationing in the area for ten years and had wanted to one day purchase a place of our own. When we met Billy, he listened to us and showed us a variety of properties. He helped us understand what type of property would suit our family best. His knowledge of the area, the real estate market, and the transaction process is deep. We had complete confidence we made the right choice when it was time to buy, and Billy kept us informed every step of the way. I was particularly impressed with his use of technology in facilitating the purchase and necessary paperwork. This was extremely helpful to us since we live a few hours away and he enabled us to handle the transaction easily with the use of technology. We recommend Billy without reservation to either a buyer or seller. If you want a place up north that will suit you, the first call to make is to Billy Andrew.
