I have her email saying my reservation on the cottage I requested at 44 temple avenue was confirmed. She then sent me a contract for 69 temple avenue. I trusted Martha that she knew what she was doing, and that was my mistake. so I sent in my deposit. My grand daughter is five and is undergoing chemotherapy treatments which are very costly so they are unable to to come this year. I asked for a refund and Jeff chute called me and was very rude and nasty to me. He said I was "making up excuses" when I told him about my granddaughter. He has no ethics and no empathy. Do not associate with ocean park realty unless you want to lose your deposit when they make an error, be bullied and called a liar.
