I want to share an honest review about renting at 9814 Greenery. Despite numerous complaints, once you rent from this company, these problems become your problem only. In response, they will tell you that it's not a hole in the ceiling, that it's not sewage leaking from the ceiling but "clean water," that the dirt is not their responsibility because the residents are supposedly messy, and that the company responsible for cleaning the building has nothing to do with it. The owner's company also manages the condo association, so in reality it's the same entity. When scheduled work to replace the pipes was done, we were warned that there would be no water for one day. However, no one warned us that there would be no water the following day as well. When we asked, they simply replied that there was no water and that it wasn't their responsibility. Think carefully about whether you want such "adventures" for an extremely overpriced rent.

The Garcia Mortgage Team is amazing. I had a usual request and they made it happen for me…read more I was purchasing a condo in the Tower Grove East neighborhood in St Louis and wanted to pay cash. However, I did not want to pull from my investments or retirement funds. I just wanted a short term loan, to make the purchase and then pay off when my house sold. I also did not want any penalties for early pay off. Sue King came up with an easy plan and everything went as smooth as silk. She even got me a reasonable interest rate for the equity loan. I bought the condo, sold my house and paid off the loan within two months. It was kind of robbing Peter to pay Paul, but it worked. If Sue and the Garcia Mortgage Team can do this for me, I can only imagine what they could do for a real "mortgage". They went well and beyond in customer service, to meet their clients needs.

After two years of going from one agent to another failing to sell, I discovered the Gellman Team. I was introduced to Bill Keefer who helped me step by step identifying each reason why our place was not selling. The attention to detail, the experience, and his advice were all valuable. Interesting this is, I didn't even have to be in St. Louis for any of the efforts as I live 2000 or so miles away in the east coast! Within a few months, Bill helped in getting our place ready to sell and it closed. Bill is one of those rare people who cares about the buyer and the seller at the same time. I strongly recommend him to anyone who wants to either buy or sell a property.
