The 1 star (zero if I could) is for Blake himself. After our purchase was complete in November we expressed that we no longer wanted to be on the email/call/text list. I personally Unsubscribed from multiple emails. I also spoke with an agent calling and asked to be removed. I also emailed and texted Blake asking to be removed and explained I would report him if he didn't follow through. I have continued to be harassed and therefore I am leaving this review. I would HATE to have anyone else have to deal with the ongoing harassment. Do yourself a favor and look up Paige Morris (who has left this Realty group) if you want the BEST!

We were looking to relocate in South Carolina. He showed us many homes, almost got one but we were a bit late. He took us on, yelling, cursing, crying etc.. But he showed us the house that was meant to be! We almost lost Ron, because it's so frustrating to find a home that we all were just literally beside ourselves. But he hung in there! He has the patience of a saint. He also went out of his way to help with issues in the house we sold. We don't know of anyone who tries to please as much as this gentleman! We're so satisfied! We can't even describe how much we appreciate Ron! If you need a realtor, contact RON BOYKIN! He's the BEST!!

After having multiple conversations in a months time with a realtor named Skyler Hearl, about our…read more(four people in total- one couple and two separate moves and looking for another couple) moving to South Carolina from Utah. She agreed to become our agent for the Myrtle Beach Conway area. We all hit the net and found multiple listings, and sent those request to her to review. Durning several conversations about our time there being short, we would like to see as many houses as we possibly can and that we started out in the Columbia area with agents. We at first had a set date for Sunday, which she really didn't want to do. It happened that we were able to get ahead of schedule due to some of the Columbia listings had just got contracts on them and that we had a free day open so we reached out to her and let her know that if she would like to move up the schedule it's doable and will free up the Sunday. She gladly agreed to do so...then at 5am on the day of the viewings, she dropped us like a hot potato saying that she can't represent us, and that her "team" decided the same thing. via email, even after being asked to send texts, that the email is attached to a business computer and not the phone so access is limited. So we flew out here to South Carolina to look at homes and the ones in the Myrtle Beach / Conway area, now is a total bust. Now we're lost, pissed and over this and yes, you probably guessed it, a text was sent with some extremely chose words in it, but after spending time , a boat load of money and adjusting to her schedule; can you blame it. In short: Do not use this real estate agent and or if true the "team". The whole time while setting up the schedule she just seem more interested in her baseball games and private life then trying to work with customers and earn a commission. This should have been our red flag from the start. Apparently this girl does not want to do her job if it gets in the way of her personal life, there definitely isn't a feeling of drive.

Maria Peluyera When…read morewe first started looking to buy a home. We asked a lot of questions to Maria- as she had a lot of expertise in real estate. Even though she is in MB, we were looking in Houston, TX. She explained the market to us, she also provided us the insight on how to buy and what to ask for when we were buying in the Texas Market. If we were buying in MB, we would have from her as we know would have fought for us in asking for the things we asked for in our new home, which was new appliances, blinds, and high end cabinets and counters. We wouldn't have asked for them in the new build but she walked us through like we were buying in MB. We also know what to look for in a local realtor thanks to her. She provided us insight of that they are capable of asking for when were buying and if they weren't willing than they weren't worth wasting our time on. Maria is definitely a go-getter and also when we learned she was going through chemo and battling cancer, she didn't let that stop her from advising and answering questions for us on things in our new build such as tankless water heater, and high end fixtures, she also educated us on approaching this as "Pre-Approved" and guided us into that process as we were purchasing during the COVID lockdown. She made our experience easier. Whomever works with her will have the quality of Service and if we ever decide to buy a place in MB we will be going to her first as she knows what our looking for when you give her your wishlist.

I don't understand why, if they're the professionals in the business, they were so incredibly off in their appraised value of my home. I wish I had signed with a different real estate agency.
